Don’t get a cc from them!
It’s horrible enough that they don’t have a convenient way to pay your bill online with a debit card or checking account through their app but they also charge a $10 fee for paying otp with a customer representative. Not to mention once you pay you don’t have access to your money for up to 10 business days which is unheard of! Absolutely ridiculous!CC checker 2
Terrible customer service
Reviews and rating speak for themself. This secured card did nothing to my credit score. When closing the customer service was terrible, they never closed the account when I requested. 10 weeks later when I call to ask where my check refund is turns out the agent never closed the account and I will need to wait another 10 weeks. Managers are very dumb and don’t know how to talk to people. Don’t recommend this card. There are a lot better options out there.jess_08393839028
