Junk does not work iPhone 12 Pro

The only thing it may accomplish is show your current WellCare is card.
It will not find your Dr, will not find any pharmacy, will not help with prescriptions.
Calling WellCare will most likely be annoying because talking with an AI service that may not help. It will take some extra effort on your part to talk with a rep that will most likely be hard to understand. What else is new just like everything else out there. When will companies actually care to improve business with them. Who ever does will be a true leader and the most successful in their business.

Bypass by all means!!!

This is about the biggest flippin joke of an app that I’ve ever seen!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. It doesn’t work it’s that simple! Nothing on it works including the log in process once you log in you might as well just uninstall it because you can’t log into it twice 🤣 I’m don’t messing with it . the end!
Your coverage is A1 but your app is enough to make up my mind to go with Kelsey Seybold next year…

Horrible! MISLEADING and Deductible void!

Absolutely NOTHING about the DEDUCTIBLE, nor which stage of coverage, so who knows when we will fall down the donut hole!

Prices quoted via Express Scripts are UNTRUE! And though the med pricing says a local CVS can dispense it at $299 for 90-days of cancer treatment, they cannot and the actual price is $591. Pathetic partnership! If it was worth pursuing, a class action to get the TRUE $ cost forced into price quotes would benefit everyone. As it is, this and the ES apps are pieces of unmitigated JUNK that MISLEAD.

Worst App Ever

This must have been created by a 3rd grader. Every time I have tried to log in, it does not recognize my password so I have to change it. It works until the next time I have tried to log in. Once in, it asks if I want to open an account for myself or for someone else and how would I like to search for that plan. I have been with WellCare for 2+ years so neither of those questions are applicable. Unfortunately, there are no other options. It is a dead end from the beginning. It this point, I will be with a different provider next year.

Requires Complex Password But No FaceID???

This seems to be a fairly bare-bones app, with a glaring omission…When setting up your account, they require a long, complex password—which is good—but the app doesn’t allow FaceID. To require a complex password, then require the user to bounce back and forth between keyboards for caps, lower case, and multiple keyboards for special characters EVERY SINGLE TIME is completely unnecessary, and will severely limit my use of this app.

Barely Functional

This is more like an app that is in development, as many of the icons do not arrive at the intended results.

Positive Points: Digital version of member’s card, details of prescriptions filled (including drug cost and member’s cost), look up drug costs at participating pharmacies.

Negative Points: No option to use FaceID, pharmacy locator does not work (even when searching by zip + pharmacy name where a prescription has been filled), and no way to communicate to app developers (e.g. reporting bugs).

This. App. Is. Useless.

For Pete’s sake, your demographic is Medicare participants. An app, relied upon by aging consumers, that is so clumsy, is an all but useless app. Login is cumbersome with no Face ID, no auto-fill, and no SMS two-factor authentication. You go through the outdated login procedures and then, more often than not, you get an infinite spinning wheel and have to start over or just give up.

I will be changing my drug coverage at the next opportunity just to be rid of this app.

What a JOKE of an app!!

Just awful experience repeatedly! As a PDP member, I have never been able to get into my PDP info but repeatedly asked to change my password or asked which health plan option do I want to sign up for. I want neither but just to view my personal info and to signup to go paperless. This app does nothing but make my blood pressure go up! Get this fixed!!! This day in age this is ridiculous for members of this PDP!! I see from other reviews that my experience is not unique. I plan to look for a more ‘user friendly’ provider because of my repeatedly bad experiences!!!

IF it’s working, it is ok, but that’s a big IF

My husband has only had the insurance in effect for 3 days now. It wouldn’t let us use the app before it was actually active to look up cost of medicine to be ready. Most of the times we have tried to sign in, it tries to make us create an account, even though we have already done it. Earlier today, we were able to get in, but it could not show the info for his membership card. Needs a lot of work, but if you have this insurance your options are limited.

Log in is a pain

I had a very secure password, but having to enter it every time instead of using faceID is too cumbersome. I had to change to a simpler password that is less secure. Please work on using FaceID. It would be nice to have a settings section where you could manage things like your password and store your home location and preferred pharmacy.
