Curvy girls deserve the crest jacket...:)

RL is the go to style even in plus sizes, especially dresses. The quality is amazing. The dresses hold the color and quality over time. I JUST wish RL would expand crest logo jackets to plus sizes. I am hoping the Reg 20 fits I just order although they branded it fit for silhouette fit which made me wonder why curvy girls don't deserve this amazing jacket. I would have even paid pre-order.

Low quality customer service and app ordering

I was trying to order clothes on app and it unable to place my order UNTIL I FINISH TO MAKE A PAYMENT, which sounds very stupid. How I could pay when the order cannot pay? My debit card have enough balance to pay. Then I contacted customer service, they asked a lot of questions then in the end they told me to contact my bank. And guest what? my bank said my card is still working fine. Then I contacted again they said they will send me a email. And what? I still not received any, which suppose to be in a few days ago. This is unacceptable and wasted time.

No size customization

I need a clothing app to allow me to input my sizing details. I can't name a single app that allows this. This is a missed opportunity. It is needlessly frustrating to click on an item, only to see it is not available in my size.(Or the trousers are in my size and preferred color, but the jacket is not.) This is a serious waste of time. Also, it is quite annoying, when searching for a suit, to have no option to purchase the pieces together. I understand they are separate items. However, when I am searching the "Suits and Tuxedos" section, the assumption is that I want to see both—another waste of time. Finally, when searching for items that are matched, e.g., a suit, leaving the jacket's page to look for the trousers results in me losing the page where I was viewing the jacket. There needs to be a 'Back' button or an 'Add to Wish List' button. Currently, it seems my only option would be to add it to my cart. These impressions were based on just ten minutes using the app. I'll just go to the store. This is not the place to search for a suit or tuxedo.

This brand has everything…….

I have worn Ralph Lauren for most of my life. The brand has everything from formal to western and everything in between. The customer service is outstanding. If there’s one complaint it’s this……the APP doesn’t allow you to save to your wish list due to a bug. I know it’s a bug because the option is there for you to add. I’ve tried on several devices just to be sure. However, it didn’t warrant me from giving it 5 stars!

If there are app or website glitch’s with any given company, I abandon and won’t use! I am happy the RL ap is smooth and efficient since RL is and has been one of my “go-to” top brands for decades! I am pleased! Thank you.

Of late, I’ve been very pleased when I have even had to speak to customer service. Operations are have been nice lately. It doesn’t take much to stay a cut above. RL has dialed in. JM

Choices!

I had no idea that you could design your own shirts! That, combined with the sales that you send to me via email are fantastic! I never knew when you were having sales before I signed up for your emails. I have my Dad to thank for his great sense of style. I used to get him unique RL shirts for every occasion throughout the year. His nickname at his residence was Mr Polo! He was the most suave and charismatic guy in the building 🥰

Shopping on the new app

I love shopping on the app but, since the changes to the website, and they are no longer the Ralph Lauren app to see what’s new before it comes out, I don’t have the option of knowing what’s new anymore. I have to wait until everything is on the app and most times the new items are sold out . I do prefer the old way. It was much better. Do hope you will try to incorporate an app so customers can see what’s coming out before it drops.

The RL app has the same monthly drops of early access products on a limited assortment that you previously saw on the Polo app. This month we dropped early access to the Ralph and Ricky Polo Bear Collection. Please make sure you are opted in to push notifications to be made aware of new releases.

Polo Family

I raised my 4 sons wearing Polo, they are now grown and well over the age of 24.
Now I am purchasing Polo for my neighbors son who is 4 months old and my friends grandson who is 3 months old.

I am a tad disappoint with Polo though being that I purchase the Polo collarless shirts from you all and holes formed in them. I have a son who stay with me who is Autistic that I still buy for and I also purchased for myself and my friend and the same thing happened with our shirt
It seems that the material quality has lessened in weight and quality.

I contacted customer service concerning the matter and was told I would receive a email , however I never received it , that was 4 months ago.

I am praying that the babies shortly do not do the same ( form hole).

Website CITY has not been there

Trying to exchange and return items should not take an hour and a half. The person that I was “ chatting“ with did a relatively good job. I had a few items to exchange for smaller sizes and to return one item and I spent time online doing all the information and then I could not finalize the process. That was on a Friday early evening. I decided to wait until the next day to use the chat option. Return label then was sent to my work email instead of my personal email . That’s another issue. How did they get my work email . When I look online on the Ralph Lauren website, it has my personal email. How embarrassing to have people in my office that review emails for me find out what I’m buying my wife and what I’m returning for my wife. I tried to get this fixed three months ago. I was told it would be sent up to a higher level because the person I was talking to then could not understand why this was happening. I’ve been told the same thing this time. The person I’m chatting with said the return envelope was sent to my work email instead of my personal email, yet he was not able to fix the situation to remove my work email from Ralph Lauren database. Expected more from Ralph Lauren. I’ve been buying quality clothes for my whole family from their website is having issues I wish they would fix
