SCAM!

DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!

I knew I would have to pay the fees but you literally can’t even use it, even after you pay your balance after the annual fee. It does not work anywhere. I’ve tried a bunch of different places it never worked once. I waited 2 months to get the card, and durning that my balance was ran up from the 75 annual fee I couldn’t even pay because I didn’t have access to the card.

App problems

Basically this app seems very generic and stuck in a beta phase. I can’t utilize biometric face recognition upon opening the app. I am constantly having to type my user ID and password everytime I open app. When I go to the options to enable the facial recognition the so called circle I have to type on to enable this feature wont do anything. I really hope we can fix this soon cause it feels like a kid app. Thanks.

Absolutely worst company

I’ve been a customer with this company for over a year and a half my account was fraud numerous times they refused to cover it! I’ve asked them to send me replacement cards due to the fraud. They never sent it on three occasions. It’s been over three months.! After being told my address was updated on two separate occasions it was not, never received the card! I’ve never dealt with a more negligent company! Customer service is equivalent to talking to a wall, even when mistakes were clearly made on their part!!

Not worth the hassle and fees

I had Revvi for more then a year as I was building credit. They charged me the new annual fee plus I would have had to pay a $9 monthly fee on top of that so asked for a credit limit increase. I was denied and the letter stated because of my credit. When I read the details of the letter it had the information from my credit report when I first opened the card. I called them and asked them why they declined my increase based on my credit from more than a year ago and they said that’s what the credit bureau told them. I told the agent that’s incorrect because there is a 200 point difference between what Revvi says is my credit score versus what all 3 bureaus say as I have been monitoring my credit daily. In the end I asked them to close the account because I refuse to pay a $49 annual fee plus an $8 monthly fee for a card that I can’t get an increase on after being a loyal customer for over a year, paying my statement balance off in full every month and never having a late payment. A $300 limit isn’t going to do anything positive for me.

App will not allow me to use facial recognition

App will not allow me to use facial recognition to login when you login manually and you go to the settings to set it up facial recognition it will not allow you to do it because the option is not available an app when before it was this is very frustrating

Revvi card

So far I have had a terrible experience, it took over a month for my card to get here, I paid the $95 before I got the card, I finally have the card but I can’t activate it, everytime I try to call to even get help, the call keeps failing. I have walked around my entire yard trying, and it only does it when I call them. I can make any other call just fine. So I can’t even use it.

This company is a complete nightmare

No one speaks English. They leave you on hold. They throw late fees. They are legit thieves taking our money. They report 30 day non-payments when the card is paid for. do yourself a favor and do not get this credit card. Wish I could give this company a zero star review. There is a reason why their reputation is so terrible.

Do not work with this company.

Signed up, paid my program fee, and now they are telling me my card hasn’t shipped and there is no update on when it’s going to go out. They even sent me a letter in the mail saying my card would be to me in 7-10 days… it is not here. Can’t sign up for an online account because you need you card/account # which isn’t provided until you actually get your card in the mail. These people are crooked and shady. Don’t waste your time with them. There are better card companies out there to help you fix your credit.

A rebuilder card

I haven’t had any problems with this card yet. I haven’t had any purchases turned down. But I also have not been late or missed any payments. I thought you would be able to increase your limit after 6 months though as you can with other cards. That is the only problem that I have had so far. Other than that it has given me the ability to purchase orders online between pay days when money was short.

Worthless card

They charge you $100 to join the program. Then you get your card. Then they charge you the $75 a year charge. That’s whatever. The issue is I’ve had it for three weeks now and not a single purchase has gone through. Apple Store gas stations Walmart target doesn’t matter. NOT A SINGLE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH. I’m going to cancel the card but and will take a hit to my credit score because my available credit went down. Don’t make the same mistake I did and just stay away from this card. It’s kind of a scam honestly.
