    Got my card and I used it one time on a purchase from Amazon but I’ve tried using it elsewhere and it says declined when it says there is available credit… I wish I had never got this card feel like I was scammed paying the 89 and then they take the 75 out also and can’t use the card anywhere what’s the use of having it if you can’t use it!!!! Don’t not get this card!!!
  • Not a scam

    If I would’ve looked at these reviews before applying I would’ve been to afraid to even get the card. I applied and got approved. Yes, all the fees are accurate but I received my card within 7 days. They work with you on the initial fees. The only thing I don’t like is that the card doesn’t have a chip. Do yourself and your credit a favor and apply! You will be grateful.

  • Terrible card/company

    Don’t even do it they don’t tell you all the info they take your money and don’t refund it even when they are wrong I promise if u thinkin of workin with this company do yourself a favor and jus don’t do it

  • Horrible app

    You can never register, it always says “Error: Trying to get property of non-object”. I have another card with this company “Total Visa” and it says you can link accounts. You can’t. When you call “customer service” they tell you the only cards you can link through myccpay dot com is Total, First access and First Digital. Which is clearly a lie because there’s about 10 different cards that they offer. They are no help whatsoever, 90% of them you can’t understand. The card is great, customer service and the app are horrendous. PS, you can’t do anything on their website either. It says to download the app. So, either stay away from this card and go a different route or just call in your payment every month.

    This site is not real when you put all your information in. Card number last 4 digits of ss zip code it tells you that this isn’t the site for this card. So now someone has the information to your account. This review may get deleted so if it does then they didn’t want you to see it. If my information is used you will get sued a spend time in prison.
  • NOT a Scam

    I read a previous review that said this was a scam. I am a customer and I can assure you it is not a scam. They do charge an $89 fee plus $75 annual fee with a credit limit of $300. The $89 fee must be paid upfront. The $75 annual fee for the 1st year will be charged to the card so your available limit will be $225.

    Unfortunately, it does take a while to receive the card because my first bill came due before I even received it. But there was no charge on the card other than the $75, so I didn’t have to pay anything. When I called to let them know, they changed the monthly due date for me by extending it a few weeks out.

    Great customer service.., all phone numbers work as expected (call them yourself to verify … …… 888-262-2650)

    This is NOT a scam! It’s a great way to help improve or to get credit.

    They charge 89$ to activate the card and still have a 75$ fee held out of the available balance. Then the only place the card works is at Walmart. Everywhere else this card is declined
  • Never received card

    I got approved for and paid the program fee on this card December 16, 2021 and as of today, January 12, 2022 have yet to receive the card.
  • SCAM DO NOT GET THIS CARD

    They sure take your money fast but I am extremely impatient with the fact they have my program fee and I YET to be able to access the supposed credit. I’m about to request a refund and cancel this card altogether. Seriously about one day away from it.

    Update: I called the number. Besides not getting anywhere with the rep, the number on the back of the card proved to be a fail as well. That number literally tells me about the program fee and when it’s posted it will let me access my account. Well first off I can access the generic account. And there has yet to be an available credit. I WANT A REFUND AND THIS TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT. I WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY. I AM FILING A DISPUTE TODAY WITH MY BANK MANAGER OVER THIS SITUATION.

    January 7: still no line of credit. Still no response from the company and calling the number has proven to be useless. I will be contacting my bank and the credit bureau today.
