  • Extremely Frustrated with Constant Declines and Activation Issues

    I feel compelled to share my experience with this credit card, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since receiving the card, I've been unable to activate it due to a series of broken activation flows on their website and app. The customer service team has been of little help, often providing conflicting information and no real solutions.

    To make matters worse, on the few occasions when it seemed like the card was activated, it was consistently declined at various merchants, despite having a sufficient credit limit and no outstanding payments. This has been both embarrassing and inconvenient, especially in situations where I depended on this card for transactions.

    The lack of reliability and efficiency in both activation and usage of this card is unacceptable. I've lost count of the number of hours spent trying to resolve these issues, only to be met with more frustration. It's incredibly disappointing, especially from a service that is supposed to streamline financial transactions.

    My advice to potential customers is to look elsewhere for credit card services. The hassle and unreliability are simply not worth it. I am now in the process of closing my account and finding a provider that can offer a functional and reliable service.

  • Don’t get!

    This company is absolutely horrible. My husband signed up and got approved. Paid the opening fee and you guessed it, still haven’t received the card, it’s been about a month now. Customer service is a joke. No email back and no call backs. Beware!

  • App update won’t update

    Received my REVVI card today and downloaded the app as they suggested. However, I keep getting a notification saying, “App won’t update” after hitting the update button. REVVI you need to fix this problem quick. Thanks.
  • Fraud

    Got behind on my credit card for a couple months. I was finally able to get current and called several times to make sure that my payment would post by a certain date. They even had me pay with cash at Walgreens to ensure that my payment would be in guaranteed funds (faster posting). I paid almost $500 in cash and they CLOSED my account 2 days later. Apparently they knew this entire time that my account was subject to closing but mislead me into paying it off in cash so that I could not dispute it. Their only answer was that they were gonna submit a complaint because I wasn’t informed but STILL can’t get my money back and it’s Christmas wow

    I asked for a 6 day extension on my due date just one time because I started a new job and they did not help me at all. I’ll pay it off in a week and never deal with them Great business model I’ve payed a lot in fees not to mention the yearly but no more

    Why waste my time responding weeks later

    I am so glad that I have read these reviews prior to paying any money to this company. I submitted my application and was approved but chose to “pay later”. I just didn’t feel right about paying the $95 dollar fee at the time. I was going to pay it on pay day when I had some extra money so that if it was a scam I at least had the extra money. After reading these reviews and all of these “1” star ratings I have decided that I am not going to take the chance with this card. It just sounds too fishy. There may be a couple of people with a good rating but there are by far too many that have claimed that their card was declined at places while only working at one place. Now there was one in here that said their account was closed after they paid off their account, but that was after admitting that they had been behind a few months. That to me is not Revvi’s fault. That was a risk they took by being late for so long, This is a “rebuilding” card. It does seem as though most complaints are about updating the app. But I still don’t think I want to take the risk of paying the $89 and $75 fees and not being able to use the card.

  • Scammed me

    So I was approved for a Revvi card and payed an 89$ fee, then they wanted more fees ! Do I said no and now they won’t refund me my 89$ back. My bank knows about this and told me to seek legal action. This company is very unprofessional, the guy I talk to was frustrated with me because I wanted my 89$ back! I’ve been waiting 8 days and still now refund! I don’t recommend this company, customer service is overseas and so Rude!

  • App Still won’t update

    I’m having the same problem as the person before me said. It won’t update. App Store just says open when I go to it and not update. Can’t log in to see my bill….
