Can’t connect
I’ve had my Leo’s Loo Too for about a year & it’s been fine. Way better than a regular litterbox, but still some frustrations with how hard it is to clean & stuff like that but no major complaints. But ever since they changed the app I can’t get it to connect to my wifi & I’ve spent hours troubleshooting the litterbox, the app, my router, & my phone, but my router & phone seem to be working perfectly fine. I’ve done pretty much everything I can think of & it still won’t connect. A similar thing happened when I first got it but after doing a hard reset it worked again. The new logo design looks like it’s a downloading app. The app is fine, but the product is only good for a couple months and then it is problematic.Rooskiegirl

Great litter box!
About 7 months ago I took in a 3rd cat, a month later decided it was time to invest in an automatic litter box. The smaller size of the loo too was what sold me. I don’t have a lot of space to spare but this fits perfect in a 1/2 bath we didn’t need to utilize. I love this machine. It’s super easy to clean and the waste bin is large enough to where I really don’t need to change the trash bag until about day 3 or 4. The drum and opening are large enough for all my cats ranging from 10-14 lbs. The best part though, I have a very anxious cat and he’s terrified of everything new. It took him about a week to be sold but that in itself is impressive!
As for the app, it works great and easy to navigate. My only wish is if we could know the bin was getting full before it’s at max capacity.Show lessApes63

This has been a game changer. It took alot longer for my 2 cats to use this then most. But they are successfully using it now. Glad i bought it. 👍Poop free cat Mama!!!
Needs update for iPhone 14
Love this litter box. My cats took to it right away. The app works fine using my iPad Air 13 running OS 16.2. Only 3 stars because it needs an update to work with iPhone 14. Fix that and I’d give it five stars.SPQ Wannabe

App needs some tweaks
I like the Leo’s Loo Too litter box, but I wish there was a way to disable some notifications and not others. Currently all notifications are considered “alarms” in the app so there isn’t a way to show litter box full notifications but not notifications each time the cat uses the box. I don’t want to receive a notification each time one of my cats goes to the bathroom but I do want to receive notifications when the litter box is full and the liner needs to be changed. I also wish there was a way to see how close to full the box is. It currently only tells you once it is completely full.Show lessCatowner234
It was our last resort
We have three cats (one is blind) and all around 10lbs. We were given the old version of the Litter Robot and had issues with it constantly stopping and getting stuck. Chocked it up to being the old one and upgraded to the newest one which had even more problems! Joined a FB group dedicated to helping with issues for Litter Robot since their support team basically ghosted you for weeks. The fact this group existed just gives you an idea how bad that contraption was. Finally was able to send the new one back.
Decided to give a different brand one last try for automatic litter boxes. Saw the reviews for LooToo was amazing. Bought it and we are never looking back! The LooToo is incredible and the SmartyPear app is so easy to use and very reliable. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Show lessAnonymous727374939
