Great except for notifications
I love this app and the Leo Loo for our cats. But the one major downside is that the notifications are unusable. I don’t want a notification every time one of my cats goes to their litter box. But I do need notifications for when to clean it or if there’s an error. There’s no way I can tell to limit notifications to only the important ones. Please fix it and this will be a 5 star app and product!Show lessTyBooyzen.

I’m very happy with this! I have two cats and one is much larger than the other. The weight it shows for each cat is not exactly the weight they are but close enough for me to know which cat it is referring to. After using it for around three months I would highly recommend this potty.kittens mommy

Was working great
The litter box was working great but something happened while I was out of town either there was a change in the app or the machine died. It will not automatically clean. I have to manually clean it. Also the machine does one rotation and then rotates backwards and dumps litter in bottom tray. After this rotation, the machine doesn’t line up correctly. The drum gets very dirty. I have only had this for approximately 2 months. I am very disappointed.Show lessM Stretz
Would definitely recommend!
I’ve never had an automatic litterbox but this was the clear choice when comparing to litter robot based on reviews. It makes my life easy and is very communicative about when to add litter and do the monthly cleaning. My only complaint is that I wish they had an add on door that you could purchase. My kitten enjoys flinging litter and a door would be so helpful.Show lessS_e_123445
Love the Box, Hate the App
I absolutely love not having to scoop my cats’ litter box every day. They took to it right away, and they seem to love it. The app, however, is terrible. It’s glitchy, says cats are using it when they’re not (I have a camera set up), and it’s juvenile. Smarty Pear needs better app developers or to invest more in developing a more accurate, more user friendly, and more intuitive app.Show lesscaitclem
Litter box works great, the app not so much.
I received the Leo’s Loo Too yesterday. The litter box is mostly great with one issue. There was a “max fill” sticker that was not accurate at all. It rotated and dumped over a third of the litter in the receptacle. I think it’s still stabilizing because every time it turns it throws away maybe a quarter cup of good litter.
Anyway, the app mostly works as well but it’s missing an important function. The log doesn’t show when my cats use the bathroom (and they have done so several times) and doesn’t weigh them. I have it in manual mode so my cats can acclimate so maybe that’s why?Show lessbdho98
