Good app

If you want to be able to easily find all the sales, this is the app! If you like something that is out of stock in your size you can save it to your favorites so you can easily keep an eye on it. They are good about updating the quantity and often you can swoop in and buy that certain thing you want.

Not all Sizes on App

I shop here because Soma actually carries my size (36H). I saw a bra was available in my size on the website and decided to download the app for easier purchase. Saw the same bra on the app and it didn’t have my size (only up to a DDD). And I went to filter by size and mine wasn’t anywhere on the list!!! I know for a FACT they have that size so why is it only available on the website? The app is still considered “online” so it can’t be an online only issue. Very disappointed.

Soma Soft

I love Soma! The nightwear and lingerie are soft, comfortable, stylish and of superb quality. The bra’s are the only bras that fit correctly. I’m a 34 DD and these are one of the few company’s offering straps that support and stay in place. I have tried Chantelle, Warners an Natori. They have a much higher price point, but Soma offers the better quality fit, construction and bras that stay in place. I have never been happier than I have been with my Soma bras.

Quality! Quality! Quality!

I’ve been shopping Soma for at least 10 years. I still have nightgowns from when I first ordered. It’s quality, it lasts forever and it always fits properly. What can more can you ask from my clothing manufacturer? Not to mention the rewards program makes it worth it to keep my panty drawer and bra drawer well stocked. Thanks SOMA!!

App kept adding multiple items

It took me over an hour to place an order with the app because the app kept crashing and I had great WiFi connection. Also app kept adding multiples of the same item to my bag and when I would delete the extra items would take all of that same item out of my bag. Ended up ordering extra even though I didn’t want to because it was swimsuits and didn’t want to run the risk of them running out. Really wish all the Soma stores would carry swimsuits because trying to order them online and guest on which size is going to work best is hard. Love Soma products but honestly hate there website and app and won’t be using it again.

My Terrible experience

After spending a chunk of time making selections and adding to favorites and / or to my cart; I noticed that the sale prices did not match the shown price while making selection of sale items. It was significantly higher. Note that as I chose color and size, the site would show the different prices for the different styles. But when I went back and checked my selections in the cart, the sale prices did not match what was previously shown. I called customer service to inquire about the problem, and they told me this was normal. As someone who shops online often, that is not accurate. I am also not new to Soma online shopping. I cannot recommend at all.

Great clothes, crap app

While I like the retailer and their merchandise, this app isn’t great. It took FOREVER to link my rewards to it after a few calls to customer service, so not an easy set up experience. And now, notifications are finally showing up (as of November’23, but the notification mark on the app itself won’t ever go away. I’ve tried deleting messages, clicking on every single icon and tab in the app. Nothing works. And now (as of January’24) my rewards are unlinked again, but it stills shows me signed into the app. Help??

Shipping & handling

I have been shopping with Chico’s since 2002 and have free shipping on orders. I chatted with costumer service last week and was assured that I would have that benefit with a soma order. Just made order and was charged for shipping.
Take from chat transcript: You are a full member at Soma since 2002. So you get free standard shipping on all orders. Soma does not offer a 5% discount like Chico's.
I’d like soma to honor this by reimbursing me for shipping cost.

Shopping online a lot harder than it should be

I wasn’t allowed to use a coupon for allowing the company to have my email because I waited too long to use it. I was disconnected twice on the Soma chat help line. Via phone customer service said for me to just send in another email to get my 20 percent off coupon. With this coupon I read I was also to get free shipping. I did not. This shopping experience could have taken 15 to 20 minutes. It has taken a lot longer and I have a big headache right now. Also, items could be grouped together better for ease of finding your items, colors etc. I like giving high marks but just couldn’t shopping on Soma.

Love these bras; app is not easy

I love these bras so much. They are the only ones I wear. I gave it only 3 stars because using the app was pure torture. I wanted to send two bras to my niece as a gift. It was nearly impossible to find the place to add the shipping address. Then, ultimately, when reviewing the order, I realized that the order contained two different sizes for these bras. Since my niece can wear either size, I was too exhausted to go back and edit it again. It took a very long time to place this order!!
