App doesn’t work. It freezes on the first page. Customer support told me to reinstall. Didn’t work. Doesn’t work,

I’m so happy my friend introduced me to SHEF! This is a game-changer! HOMEMADE FOOD! It’s the best!! I feel like A friend is bringing me over a plate of food. OMGOODNESS this is the best idea ever! Im really hoping I can use this app in every state and country! THANK YOU!
DoorDash partnership failure
First time user. Never received my order. Ruined my dinner plans. DoorDash partnership is awful. The Shef app still shows my order is out for delivery. A refund and 50% off my next order isnt enough to lure me back. Sad that a great idea relies on DoorDash tor delivery.
Review for app not for the food
I have tried many times to download the app. Once you open it remains frozen on the activity tracker option. It does not scroll up or down to even opt for it, let alone order anything through it.
Will not open
I’ve loaded and deleted several times on iPhone Pro 12. I guess I’ll just use the web site!

Shef.com app
The app is very versatile to use. It takes a small learning curve to remember how to navigate between the shef dashboard and the consumer dashboard to use it to its highest potential. Nevertheless great job on the all the features perfectly designed in the app. Five stars to the shef support team that assists with the app.

Orders so far
Everything I ordered so far was tasty , cooked and presented well too except for the portions they offer . I wish it was at least enough for two not for one and half people compared to the price paid .
