Riddled with bugs
This is a horrible app riddled with so many bugs. UI design and navigation is horribly clunky. It is so difficult to search for all shefs offering specific cuisine, say South Indian. It has been like this for a few months now with no intention to fix whatsoever.
Customer support does not exist
I have been having problem with the app. I messaged support for 2 months already (every other week for an update). They always say โwe will look into the problemโ and for there on ghost me. It has been 2 months. The problem is still here. I did not receive any support. The app is buggy.
App currently broken
Every time I try to place an order, the app refuses to move forward stating that โthe promo code is no longer validโ. There is no promo code; thatโs simply the free shipping code. Hopefully the app devs will fix this soon.
No customer commitment
As long as things are fine you would like the platform but if they donโt, don't expect anything in terms of customer service. My order was moved by more than 12 days at last min citing chefs personal situation while the chef is still taking other orders on platform. Pathetic.
A boon for those who enjoy home cooked meals
I can only wish it well because i want to see Shef do well and expand its network of food providers as I love trying new cuisines. And what better way to do this, without cooking, in the comfort from your home?
Needs a back button
Please add a back button, after picking a cuisine ,delivery date and a shef thereโs no way to come back other than hit the shef icon on top left which resets the date and cuisine filter every time.

Love the service but the app needs some work
The app is hard to navigate. Itโs hard to browse the different chefs. If you select some filters and navigate to a chef, when you come back your filters are gone! So frustrating! Hope they fix this issue soon.

Not good supper
My food wasnโt delivered, no one update me, no one also answered the supper ticket
Not eco friendly
I like the model of the app - itโs convinient to order home food .. itโs all good .. however there is just too much waste of single use plastic. Each order goes out with this red bag which is awesome but it keeps getting piled up. They ship 3 bottles of water in plastic bottles again adding up to single use plastic wastage. They have a bag recycle program but that is inconvenient to use. Request the makers of this app to please GO GREEN! Maybe add options on the app where the user can select if they want the red bag or water bottles. Maybe give an option where user can pay few extra dollars to get food in compostable or recycle friendly boxes โฆ or provide an option where the user can go pick up the food themselves from the maker ..
