Useless!
It worked for one day, then couldn’t connect anymore!!! Just deleted and downloaded the older app, and it works again. Why make it worse and fix things that aren’t broken?!edfunk

I’ve honestly have been enjoying this app WAY more than the Frigidaire 2.0 app. I can somewhat understand others reviews, for example, the sub menus that pop up to change fan speeds or cooling options for my AC unit. However, other than that this app has been a lot more reliable for me so far and feels like a smoother experience. I think they did a great job developing this app. For those who don’t feel the same way, voice your suggestions and opinions, because the developers seem more than willing to fix issues or implement critiques from their users/customers based off of their replies to bad reviews.Show lessSabrinaEpic3

I wish we didn’t have to go in sub menus for more and fan speed, the actual control of the A/C was much better on the old app. This app works well and task work better so I won’t complain too much, the old way to control fan speed and mode right above temperature was just a bit more convenient. I would like to have the two options back, the previous Frigidaire we had the Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature. Which is great for those who rather to use Celsius instead. I hope a new update soon.Clodoaldo Dias

The new version of this app finally works. It took me a while to figure out the scheduling feature but you can finally “turn off / turn on” a schedule without having to completely delete it.Darby2121

My shiny new 12k inverter AC is a game changer. Offering dramatic improvements in power, quietness, and efficiency. Under certain conditions, it can run at under 100w, including the fan! Like so good, why do they even bother making 8k and 10k models at similar prices? Just add a room size menu to the 12k and call it a day. Market it as a single “Universal 1k-12k” model.
But the inverter’s power level is fully automated, based on set temp, outside temperature, and fan speed. And this automation gets in the way. Particularly in my sleep only configuration. Where I would like 1200w power to precool the bedroom in the evening and then 2-300w to keep it that way while I sleep. But by the time it’s late enough to turn my Frigidaire on, it’s also cooled down enough outside that the most power I can get out of it is 600w. Unnecessarily doubling the time precool takes.
I need a scheduling option that includes power levels. Percentage, room size, watts, disable inverter. Anything that will let me max out the compressor’s power for a few hours in the evening. Then also schedule automated or lower power levels to run quiet until morning.Show lessShaking Head

The old version was almost perfect. ALL it needed was a way to turn off schedules without having to delete them or unplug the unit. If info away for a week Indont need to run my ac UNTIL I’m coming home and start them back up remotely which was great.
Please remove this version.Even worse
How do you guys release a whole new app and it’s more clunky. Clicking on fan speed and mode for sub menus is just not as nice. Would be nice on the home if there was a fast way to change temperature rather then having to click into it always. Lastly still no dark mode for the app is crazyChriis_M

Please for the love of god add a basic timer function. I ALWAYS used the timer for my previous Frigidaire AC. I have a wacky schedule so using the task thing isn’t really going to help, I don’t sleep at the same time every night, I just want to run a timer for 1.5 hours or so, that’s it!roflwtflol
