  • New App Doesn’t Work

    We bought a Frigidaire AC last year and loved it. With a new baby on the way we wanted to get two more, one for our master and one for their nursery. We downloaded the new app and could not connect either device. I called customer service and their solution was to change our WiFi password to delete all special characters, the new Frigidaire app doesn’t allow them. My husband did not want to do that, as we have so much connected to WiFi. He wanted to try the old app first and BINGO, both AC’s connected in seconds. If this app isn’t working, go to the old one. It actually works but customer service will not share that with you.

  • Looking forward to more

    This is for the devs more so than for potential users, but keep up the good work. Maybe it’s because I didn’t use the old app for very long, but I’m into the new one, so thanks!

    I’d like to be able to add more tasks (two 7-day tasks is pretty limiting), but otherwise this does everything I want.

  • Could be so much better

    This seems so obvious to me, yet this app just gets more and more cumbersome. I wanted to turn my AC on High, Cool and 60 degrees. This is probably the most common setting for an air conditioner when first turned on. I counted the number of clicks needed to do that. 22! Twenty two! One to open app. One to click on the air conditioner I want. One to click Turn On. One to click Mode. One to click Cool. One to click to close the menu. One to click Fan Speed. One to click High. One to click to close the menu. One to click and drag the screen up so I can get to the temperature. 12 more clicks to get the temperature down from 72 to 60. 22 clicks! Here's an idea. Either just a Max Cool button or implement some custom buttons that I can assign settings to, or make your app one screen with four horizontal rows. First row has three buttons: Fan, Evo, Cool. Second row has four buttons: Low, Med, High, Auto. Third row has a horizontal that lets you slide to the temperature you want. Last row has two buttons: Submit, Off. That's it! That's all you need! Four clicks and you're done.

  • WiFi is the worst!!!

    Do t but this product if you want to connect to your window ac remotely! I purchased a 10k, a 12k and a 15k ac units. None of them hold a network connection. The appliance must be reinstalled each time it looses connection. I have spent hours trying to get and keep them connected! The next time I spend it to remove them and return them for a product that actually operates as advertised!! This is pathetic!!

  • My AC experienced

    The Ac is working good the app is ok but, my best experience with the customer service person name Cathy she goes above and beyond and when I say above and beyond I really mean it.
    I am not a tech person so, I could not get the AC to connect for nothing. So I got Cathy and she call me just to see if I get the AC connected ask me to sent pictures of what I am getting and I mean days after I have called with the problem.
    Then from the pictures and videos she were able to tell me what I was doing wrong and finally have my AC connected and running smoothly.
    Cathy I lift my hat to you and I really do appreciate your help and support.

  • App is TRASH

    New to the app… its not worth your time but unfortunately the only app compatible with the Frigidaire device. It keeps asking to “Refresh and try again” because something went wrong.

  • The app needs some work

    I like the app my only major issue with the app is the fact that when my air conditioner tells me that the filter needs to be cleaned and reset if I try to reset the filter via the app it doesn’t reset the filter on the air conditioner until the light stays lit telling me I need to reset the filter the other issue I have is that the app sometimes quits working and says refresh and then when I refresh it just sits there and does nothing otherwise can’t complain

    Hi, thanks for the feedback! you are right we need to fix this issue. there are some appliances that doesn't allow to reset through app but it needs to be done through the appliance itself.
  • Bring back the old app

    This app has been nothing but trouble. I had no problems with the old app. I had 1 schedule before that has now translated to “9 Tasks.” My AC ran all day today with nobody home because it didn’t translate correctly from the old app to the new one (I only run it when we are sleeping). I’m not entirely sure how to correct it because this app is more complicated.

    Hello. We're sorry you are having some troubles with tasks. You are able to delete the task but tapping to each card. There you can edit and delete them. Hope that works and if doesn't please email us at appteam@electrolux.com so we can troubleshoot with you.
  • Lost Connecfivity

    Had to change password to get it to work on multiple devices and enable Google voice control.

    Google voice is still there and should be connectable through both the old and the new app. No difference there. Anything you had working in the old setup should still be working. please get in contact and tell us more as we might have a bug if this behaviour continues. appteam@electrolux.com
  • No bueno

    UX is much worse than the old app. Having to click into each setting to make changes and adding the scroll to the device page is just not as convenient.
    Everything is all over the page and my eyes have no idea where to look. Why are there three areas to see the temperature? Why do I need to see a huge photo of the device on the home page? Whats the deal with all the tasks and why are they weirdly numbered and not chronological… a calendar would have made much more sense. Did this go through UAT?? Will continue to use the old app until I can’t.
