Too expensive
I enjoy the sessions and purchased some packages from the website. I was going to sign up for a subscription but I find the content available on the app too limiting and not worth the $184 NZ annual charge. Ideally you would be able to purchase the master collection and use it via the app.Rebby_NZ
Best app ever
This is hands down my most useful app. I use it daily to help manage my inability to focus, help my anxiety, fall asleep. There has been so many benefits to using the hypnosis session. It’s well with the money.Madam Rose
Something for everyone
I’d already purchased some of the self hypnosis recordings - but then I heard about the app. I am now a convert to both breathwork and meditation and I NEVER thought I’d say that! There really is something for everyone on this app, whether a 10 minute breathwork session, guided meditation, or longer self hypnosis recordings. Haven’t got past “Relax”
Haven’t got past the “Relax” 10 mins on any of the ones I’ve put on yet because I fall asleep… but I am hoping that whatever is said after that first 10mins of telling me to relax .. is going into my subconscious somehow…. Regardless, every one that I have put on makes me go to sleep… so I think that’s good??Show lessSEdw1$
