Having bought a number of tracks for myself and my family - and successfully used them - I decided to bite the bullet and purchase theMaster Collection. Because these can be shared with family and friends this seemed a great option given the wide range of topics covered by the tracks - including for children and teens. It also gives free, lifetime access to the App meaning that I always have tracks easily accessible on my phone. As a psychotherapist myself I value the high sound quality and content of these tracks which are constantly being updated to cover new topics.Show lessClaireG3

Lots of choice and really great prices and offers , helpful and so relaxing i have been using the deep relaxation and chronic pain audios feeling a lot calmer and the team at clear minds are amazing too always there to answer any questions you may haveHCKE13

It works
I thought why not give it a try. I choose stop biting my nails first, one session boom I couldn’t believe it after 40 years of destruction. So then it was to stop wanting sugar, I am weak willed and I would find a candy bar in any shop. Again a couple of sessions and I can go into a supermarket without a treat to eat in the car. Poor audio
Poor audio quality. I used app everyday for a week on the free trial and explored the different options it offered. In my opinion, there are much better quality hypnosis apps available.OceannaMiller

Disappointed
Looks like a lot of helpful sessions. Unfortunately, there is no free trial and you have to buy a subscription which I cannot afford. This should be stated up front so people don’t download the app if they cannot pay. Very disappointing!!!alshrlk57
Can’t live without it
Calming anxiety meditation changed my life, I always thought it was a negative trait but this helped me understand how to manage and control it.
I’ve also lost about a stone in weight, doubled my daily step count, and sleep like a log.
There is a support group on FB which is great, not just for support but to see how well other people are doing.
You get all the sessions on the app including any new ones released.
I will definitely renew after three months, I can’t imagine not listening every night now.
I’ve had no sound issues with it, just listen on my phone, and if I did I would just contact clear minds as they are always very helpful.
If you are not sure about buying they normally offer a week free, so literally nothing to lose.Show lessAdnita
