If you are wanting a vacuum that has a good app. This is not the one. The app starts in another language does not connect to wifi so the app just keeps asking for you to restart. The vacuum itself work okay but not the best for your buckNickname taken, why

It is a bad app I had it all good on my phone and then I accidentally deleted it then I had to put my password and email again and it says that the email i used does not exist but it did exist because i made that email yesterday and I accidentally deleted it and now it says my email does not exist so don’t download it.iipelin
DOWNLOAD DIFFERENT APP
Download the Smart Life - Smart Living App instead. This app is sketchy from a cybersecurity standpoint. It joins your local network and prompts you in Japanese while doing so. I have so many unanswered questions. My trust is not given. I will download the Smart Life application instead. Additionally, setting up my device on your App was a bad experience—so many technical difficulties with the simple stuff.Delabat99

App has basic code issue.
So, after testing this out, extensively on both an android, and an apple, I have come to the conclusion that Mac randomization interferes with the devices ability to connect to the network. If you simply just turn Mac randomization off when trying to add the device, it has no issues automatically connecting every time for me. I’m sure there’s other issues but hopefully this will help some people fix theirs.Atlas4000

I work in IT and the app simply does not work. I was already hesitant with putting a Chinese app on my phone to begin with as I have seen what they are capable of but the app not working makes me question its intent as I think it just needs a second to data mine but the overwhelming one stars are well placed.The Tech Enthu
Fun to watch fairly easy setup using the okp app
I was frustrated at first. I downloaded the okp app from the Apple store, should be available on android etc. the vac uses the 2.4 ghz connection not the 5 ghz. So make sure you are on the right ghz Wi-Fi connection. By using another app called smart life I was able to link the vac to Alexa. It worked but only to turn on or off. The remote is easier then the app or Alexa.bicycle Ray
