Download opk life app!!! The QR code in instructions are incorrect. So search opk life app blue icon. Should work fine after hope this helps. Gonna give 2 stars because of run aroundUnlinitedammo

Great vac
I do t ever write reviews for products. I had the easiest time with the app and vacuum. All the 1 or 2 star ratings must have been done by people who have no experience with any kind of tech. Easy to set up and easy to use. If you can’t figure out these kind of things you need help. My 8 year old set up everything.Mda3334

I don’t understand all the 1-star ratings!
Our vacuum is working excellent and the app is doing quite well!
My only request is that I could make the settings to default to “Whole area Arranged” instead of us needing to select that mode each time. I like to see the mapped area you get with “Arranged.”
I didn’t try the “older app,” have not had any problems selecting language and love our crumb and dog-hair free floors! I did read the instruction manual closely, there were quite a few relevant details included there.
I’m ready for a friend for “Buster” so we don’t have to change floor levels with him… maybe we’ll buy a George Michael or Gob to join him. :)CynLein
Can’t get app to work
Vacuum works great, however,I have never been able to get past selecting my language on the app. Now there is an update, which I was really hoping would solve my issue, but it won’t update!

Gonna return the vacuum for the sole reason I cannot create an account with this worthless app. It’s actually insane how bad it is. Cannot recommend you not using this enoughLdiggit

No need to read any other review because this app works just fine. Too many stupid people can’t follow simple directions. It isn’t complicated.Better than your husband
Wrong App for QR CODE DOWNLOAD OKP LIFE APP!
I saw in the reviews a lot of people struggling with this app that came with the robot from the QR code.
However, you need to download OKP LIFE app and it worked just fine setting up my vacuum!Dvldog0352
Bad bad app
Very bad app. Bad vacuum. I wish I didn’t buy. I cannot get the app to work. I have setup so many smart devices in the past. I’m sure it’s an issue with the apphassan123xyz
