  • Love the other game. This one is awesome

Played the other game for a fair while. Enjoyed. Just starting this but so far this is improved.
  • Amusant

Ses cool mais très long comme jeu
  • Good, but

The game is all good, the buildings are interesting and aren’t as complicated as the original TG. You don’t really need to worry much about buildings using food, water, oxygen, or power if you can manage everything and create a good surplus of food and water. That’s a star. The missions, and the addition of governors as well as laws and policies can affect your city in different ways, for example, the Water rationing policy which lowers happiness, but also lowers water consumption. The only thing that needs a change is Townhall. It’s constantly bugging you, and if you don’t complete it, you’ll get a penalty. The only way to reverse it is to complete townhall challenges, which is annoying and sometimes impossible. My suggestion is to remove the penalty and add credits as the reward. Plus 2 stars.

Managing your city is fun. You encounter difficulties, then you fix it. Challenging, then you have relief and happiness because you’ve just overcome it. Plus 1 star.

The timing of events is complicated. If your happiness is low, there should be more disgruntled settlers and bad events. You should get good events if you have high happiness. The events shouldn’t be completely influenced by happiness, but partially. Certain things, such as being low on settlers should have less bad events, such as deaths. If there is more settlers than needed to fully staff every facillity, there should be more impacting events. It’s alright though.

I love the game. 5 stars!

  • I want to love the game more but…

It’s a really awesome game! It is a little confusing. It’s just something goes wrong every 30mins, it’s really annoying. I hate how the only way to get money is to watch ads or buy them. What makes it worse is that you’d have to watch like 19 ads to get enough money to do some of the simplest upgrades (I did the math) you only get 3,000 per ad and some of the things costs 50k! And I’m always low on supplies or someone always dies. It’s so annoying! What would make it better is if you could get a mine or have your settlers make the money somehow, like in TerraGenesis. And something else I’d like is if we could upgrade buildings in addition to buying more. And please stop making things go wrong/people dying.

  • Slow. Refused to launch after third game.

This is one of the typical sit around and wait for lengthy cooldown timers games. You can of course pay money to suit your impatience, but mostly it is just an extensive waiting game with not that much going on. Everything takes forfreakinever, even right at game launch, once the tutorial ends.

I restarted a couple of times after boxing myself into the corner and to work around some game freezes. Unfortunately, the third time I had to force quit the game due to the UI becoming unresponsive, the app got stuck during the app load phase, and now I can’t play anymore. Will not finish launching.

    Waste of time. Prompt uninstall.

  • The game I wanted to come to iPad

Yes, this is the game I had been searching for. Those who say it’s too hard don’t like the challenge. Yes, I have restarted bases more than a couple times, figuring out the best strategy to overcome the challenges.
It could possibly use some rebalancing, maybe even add a multiplayer element. But this is something I have looked for since getting an iPad. Not disappointed when I finally found the gave I sought for a couple years

  • Feels like a beta version

I was hoping that some of the problems and bugs with TerraGenesis would be worked out in a new game, but they’re so much worse. And it’s very clear that the rewards for watching ads or spending money are incredibly low compared to the original game. These problems were more understandable when it was a 5 person and 1 dog team with one game. Expanding is a terrible idea if your first game already has bugs that have gone unfixed for years (constant game crashes, inability to sync purchases, customer support just literally not responding). Their games are really excellent in concept but the execution is just….lazy.

  • New Update Ruined It

I really enjoyed this game until the Administration update. I keep trying to play because of how much I enjoyed it before this update, but almost every time I open it I am just further frustrated by the features of this new update.
Each new location already had its own unique challenges which kept it fun and interesting. The new Admin challenges are just a waste of time and resources when establishing new settlements, and a lot of the challenges will railroad an established and developed settlement into failures.

    Administration challenges should optional.

  • Potential

Game has potential but for the moment is unplayable. Most users seem to agree. You start off with disasters occurring every few minutes. I quickly ran out of settlers and money so I could not fly more in. I decided to delete the city and start again. Once you do this the game does not reload after closing. I reinstalled the game but my old dying city was back. Tried deleting it and restarting again but same problem….game gets stuck on loading screen.
