Charging app without ads, Wow. That’s the best part don’t like app which have ad’s in them and interrupt me from doing what an app should do , just help me charge my EV.

New app is slick
The new app is definitely a great upgrade over the previous one. It’s fast and has a better user experience. Cool!
Since update it’s a mess
Blink had a major update to their charging network along with the new app in October. It’s been a complete mess since then. Though the app works for me, the whole system has had numerous flaws. I’ve been charged for sessions that I didn’t do, and getting credited for those has taken 4 phone calls, and have never been properly resolved. The new user interface on the app is worse than the previous app. They really should compensate their users for all the issues and time spent on customer support.

Poor app experience…
The app randomly signed me out of the app and now is making sign up again. During the sign up process im prompted to select a vehicle year and make. I can select a year but the make field is blank and has no options in the drop down menu. The system won’t let me advance to the next step and now I can’t charge my vehicle…
