Well, all my life I’ve tried and failed to find that something that keeps me motivated and something I can stick at. Cara offers simple but effective exercise routines and monthly challenges which are totally doable whatever your ability. She is friendly, encouraging and a real inspiration. Her friendly persona is infectious and it’s a joy to be part of her fitness community. At the age of 60, I finally believe I can improve my fitness and age well. Thank you!

So much stuff!
There is absolutely everything in this app! Cara has done a phenomenal job of putting everything any woman would want. She makes everything approachable and not overwhelming. She’s such a delight!
Enjoying My Workouts
I didn’t like working out before, but with Cara I forwarded to it. I enjoy her energy and her spirit. I thought that 15 minutes was not enough, but I was wrong. I create my workouts that catered to my needs. I do 2 or 3 workouts and at the end I’m sweating, energized and with a smile on my face.
Beware.
I like Cara and I liked her workouts but decided to go to an actual gym instead. I canceled and to my surprise I have been getting charged for over 1 yr. Now when I try to find out how to fix this there is absolutely no where to go. Pretty poor if you ask me.
Great fitness app!
I found Cara on a Facebook video and have been following her ever since. I have since downloaded this app and am 5 weeks into Cara’s fitness videos and am already noticing that some clothes that were tight are fitting me much better. Cara also does simplified versions if you struggle or have a bad back like I do. Thanks Cara, you’ve helped m massively xx

Just brilliant!
I have never found anything I can stick too exercise wise but I love Cara. 15 minutes flies by and there is so much else to enjoy, such as the meditations and delicious recipes. I have now been doing consistently for 6 weeks and can really start to feel my body changing and becoming stronger.
New to Cara
I joined Cara Fitness, 1 January, so far, so good, one thing I really enjoy about. It is the five minute workout, I usually end up doing several of them at a time, but, if I am short on time, it’s nice to know that I can do something quick. being in the “mature group“, I have found these exercises to be just what I need, I like the feeling of knowing I did something, I like to think of myself already as in fairly good shape, but sometimes after my workout, my body tells me otherwise. really enjoying everything so far.

Easy to follow
I am always searching for the next best thing! I have found it in the CARA FITNESS. A workout plan for every single day if you want. A menu plan for every very single day (365 meal plans) if you want to follow that. Uses weights, 15 min workouts and done or you can do more in the other sections of the app. Love

Great workout!
I have gone to gyms, done CrossFit, hired personal trainers, but this is the best thing I’ve done. Love Cara! She gives a short, powerful exercise routine that changes each day. She specifically targets areas that women need and want to improve. Definitely a bargain for the money! Love this app!!!!
Fantastic app and brilliant assistance
Love this app! The 15 minute workouts are perfect to fit into a busy schedule. If you have more time you can do 2. There is variety so you don’t get bored and scaled so every fitness level can feel a sense of accomplishment. Had some glitches (from my end) and the support was the best I have ever had from an online platform, so thankyou!
