It used to be accessible
I used to use this app when it first came out, I remember we only had a couple of channels and everyting was free, we had set meetings for free. I deleted it for some time but my mental health had plumbeted again and I had no one to turn to again so I downloaded the app, I love the updates, I love the posts, what I don’t love is the prices. Yes, you guys are growing and you definitely should have some type of premium membership. However, this is a little over board, I remember being able to look at messages to get and receive advice and overall connect. But now I have to pay to look at them and not either receive the advice, or continue to help someone else. This is actually very sad because that was probably the best inclusive feature of this app because it made it more than just an app to vent, but maybe I could walk out with some support but no. It especially doesn’t make sense with the chat feature because what’s the point of posting it if there can’t be other interactions. All I know is that I really needed advice and someone to talk to, but now I can’t turn to this app because certain parts of it aren’t free and I can’t afford for a membership.
