Food Delivery delayed on first order
I just resumed my factor meal orders, and the first delivery I get from Veho is delayed. 🙃 After putting the packing out for delivery, they tell me 1 hour before the window delivery time is up that my package is delayed. No explanation or attempt to follow-up, just too bad I guess.
After waiting the entire day and anticipating dinner, I now to have to find something last minute and hope the box doesn’t come in the middle of the work day while I’m away. I love factor, but coming back to shipping with Veho is already a nightmare…

Useless Customer Support
Abysmal customer service. Package has been delayed for a third time now after it has been “out for delivery.” Although the first part of my order was delivered in a timely manner with no issues, but now it’s been almost 2 weeks for the second half. Have been in contact with customer support and they respond with the same generic “here’s how to track your delivery,” not that we don’t already know how to see that. Don’t really have any new updates other than what’s listed on the tracking number, so I don’t see what the point of have customer support when they provide you with nothing helpful. Apparently no communication with drivers whatsoever either. I guess my package is going to be in lala land.

Would not deliver package…waited 5 hours
Could not contact customer service! They only use text to communicate and it takes no less than 10 minutes to get back with a response text. The food I had delivered two days late was spoiled when I finally got it!!!! DO NOT USE VEHO…the delivery driver the first shipment I had could not speak English and it took thirty minutes to figure out what he was trying to say. I even asked the company that was shipping my product weekly to charge me to use FedEx or UPS because I could not trust Veho AT ALL!!! DO NOT USE VEHO!!!!!!!!!!

Angry, disappointed
Purchased coffee from Nespresso online. I’ve been doing this for years. It’s been sent to the same location for 13 years. I’m a regular customer of Nespresso.
Received an email telling me I had to download the app to track the package. I downloaded the app. It asked me if I had any further instructions. I wrote specific instructions where to put the package so would be at risk of being stolen. Didn’t read it. Might as well have put my package out on the street.
Contacted the people in charge of the delivery. They said they were sorry that their delivery service wasn’t up to their normal high standards, but there was nothing that they could do. All the drivers were out of the area basically there was nothing more they could do.
$150 worth of coffee could be stolen. All I asked for them to do was placed the package on the side of the building next to the back door. Oh well.

Wanted me to go find my package
Had a miserable week had my car totaled by some reckless teenager and got sick this weekend. Just for a delivery driver to send my package to the wrong address. When asking where’s my package, they sent me someone else address it had been sent to instead. There is no phone number to call just texting to my phone. And the company asked if I could go find my perishable food from a persons house. Which is very upsetting cause I’m not about to go searching for my package and trespass and take a package off another persons porch. For all I know they are wait for a package too and I shouldn’t be having to search in Texas summer heat either. When not hearing anything back, I messaged again saying hey so has it been resolved? And the message back was that due to high inquiry sorry for late response we are still trying to reach out to the driver. This wouldn't have been such a problem had it been a light package and wasn’t perishable foods and not a 90 degree texas summer.

WORST delivery service if you live in an apartment!
I’ve recently had two packages delivered by Veho in the last month. I’m not sure if the drivers are incompetent or just lazy, but getting a package delivered to my apartment has been the worst experience. The first package was delivered to a completely random apartment (numbers weren’t even close to mine) in a whole other building. The second package wasn’t even attempted & dropped off at the office before they opened. WHY don’t they even try?! I’m also worried my package will be stolen due to the negligence of Veho drivers.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
I received a text message stating my shipment of food from Factor would be delivered between 2:05pm and 5:05pm. It is now 9:47pm, and I have not received my order yet. This was my first time using Factor, and I was looking forward to it to help with making meals easier. However, Veho has ruined the experience, and I will now cancel factor first thing tomorrow, since I see how unreliable the service is. I have reached out several times, only to be told the order was out for delivery, which I could obviously see that, but no one took the time to contact the driver to find out timely information. This has been by far one of the worst delivery experiences ever! 😡🤬

Abysmal Customer Support
I order weekly meal boxes that have recently switched to Veho for local delivery. The headache I face each week because of this carrier service is pushing me to my limits- each week it’s a different issue! Delivery window from 4:30-8pm? Nope, they’ll deliver at 11am when you’re at work. Specific instructions on leaving your package inside the leasing office? Nope, they’ll leave it outside on a busy street to be stolen! Notification that your package was delivered? I hope your app is working that day, because half the time I never get a picture of where the box was dropped at. And my favorite incident… my delivery driver took a picture of my package inside my building, said it was delivered, and then LEFT WITH MY BOX! My food for the week was caught on camera being stolen by YOUR delivery driver!!! And each time there’s an issue, customer support just gives you a generic apology of “oopsies sorry the delivery didn’t go as planned!”. That’s it! They never corrected any of the issues at hand and half the time you’re never notified of anything. How long is it before these companies realize all the lost revenue they’re acquiring by using this third-party carrier??

Worst Service Ever!
Where do I even begin? My main online consignment store started utilizing Veho and that was the day a package was stolen due to a Veho driver placing my package in the wrong area, directly facing the overtly crowded location for literally everyone to take. A complete lack of care. Of course, when I reached out, nothing was done. With this most recent package, it was imperative a set of delivery instructions was placed to prevent another theft. But of course, no response. I tried text and email to no avail. They’ve legit ghosted me.

Terrible delivery company!
I don’t care how great the app works. If you guys can’t get my deliveries to me, you’re getting a 1 star review. You’ve apparently hired the dumbest delivery people to ever walk the earth. Two out of the last three deliveries have been completely screwed up. They simply don’t read the delivery instructions which are a whopping one sentence long. Meanwhile random Uber Eats drivers make it right to my front door with no problem every single day. You must hire the dumbest people on the planet, and I’m tired of that adversely affecting me. Trashed delivery company.
