A must have
If you own a gun, US Lawshield is the best thing you can invest in. Even if you never have to use them (god forbid), the information alone that they provide is well worth the price. Great App and lots of great info! I couldn’t recommend them enough.Scuba Dooba
Worst App
Signed up and can’t log into the app. Website is fine but app will not log me in. Good luck when you need it and can’t get through because you will likely not be dragging around your computer. Also have USCCA and smooth process and login to app is a breeze.TMR1015
Not worth your time
The other comments are true of the app login is separate from the website portal. And, it doesn’t list any events while the online portal shows many over several weeks. There’s a major disconnect between app and online. Not sure why the app even exists. ???goinggreen77
Terrible. Can’t login
Tried logging in with my email and password and tells me either or is wrong. Tried several times. Deleted the app and tried again. Still no good. Please fix! I log into my account just fine via browser.
Made it a bookmark on the screen and use that. Shame….BHunted
Disappointing App
I am a US Law Shield member. I downloaded the app and upon instructions from a US Law Shield support person I tried to join, become a new member, login with my web based credentials and reset password. Nothing I try seems to work so I deleted the app and started over. Still no joy. I can log in the the website. But, a phone is always with me and I foolishly thought the US Law Shield App might be a good idea. This is disappointing.BlazerJ

Doesn’t work. I’m a member!
I tried logging in with my registered email address. I got a message that “something went wrong.” I tried backing out and closing the app too. I’m already a member. So frustrating. I even tried the forgot password link. That didn’t work either.Strait_Up_Buckeyes

very disappointing
LawShield has good coverage and I’ve been pleased with their service for three years but everything about this app is very disappointing. Apparently it requires SEPARATE LOGINS for the app and web portal. I've literally never heard of any other app doing this. My bank apps don't do that. My credit card apps don't do that. My airline apps don't do that. Why? Because it’s pointless, confusing, and awkward. Almost every review here says the same (32 to 5 against). Also, I can’t even do the one thing I downloaded it to do: toggle my coverages. When I tap a toggle for a coverage that I have (a grayed out toggle, BTW, which usually means “off”) the app prompts me to add a new coverage. I'm done with this app. I'm deleting it. If they decide to make an app that actually works maybe I'll reinstall it. And developer response: don’t reply with a copy/paste bolierplate that I should contact support. I have. But as nice as they may be, they can’t fix a terrible app.ScottytheMenace

So far… it’s not good. Latest version of iOS and I cannot even get the login page to work.
