Another unauthorized login
I'll have to find time to call in and get my login resolved. My web creds are fine but the app refuses access for some unknown reason. With ads going out by email touting new app access you would think they would have gone through ample testing to make sure their new selling point was covered and fully functional before releasing it and their ad campaign. 1Star until it's fixed and we can get a better view of what's inside.FriedDylan
Not ready for prime time
I’ve been a member of US LawShield for 9 months and can easily logon to the website via my desktop. The mobile app, however, doesn’t allow me access- I’ve tried several times to no avail…don’t bother until this issue is fixed.Upby10
Doesn’t work the member credentials
Useless if I can’t login with my member portal credentials. Can’t sign up with the my email, because it’s the same as the member portal and it tries to make me login. An app should provide the convenience of not having to call a number to resolve an issue with my account that should not exist in the first place. Seems to me it was built to make money or advertise, not serve it’s paying customers.musicguy84
