Doesn’t accept some valid email addresses
I am a US Law Shield member. I wasn’t able to try the app because it would not accept my membership email address which has the .earth tld. There are a lot more tlds now than there used to be.C++ Wizard
Can’t use
When trying to log in the app told me my credentials are unauthorized. So I reset my password thinking I was using the incorrect information. Wrong!!! Still couldn’t log inMishelleLight
UI not optimized
The UI is all discombobulated…the top most area is all messed up and the bottom buttons are also all messed up. Not sure if the app is using a simple CSS file to format itself or if it doesn’t yet officially super the dimensions of the iPhone 14 Pro (on iOS 16.4). Would love the app to show properly and work more seamlessly.nconfer57
Extremely bad
This app is extremely bad. It freezes and is very glitchy. It was difficult to log into and even harder to navigate.

Hard to use
Once I got logged in, with the help of customer service; the little “back arrow “ in the upper left will not work. I needed to power down my iPhone 13 and restart it to bet back to the Home Screen; after checking the travel information. Come on guys you can do better. I only give it two stars because it will give me a place to call for help in the event I am forced to use my handgun.ArkieCal
Don't Waste Your Time, Use the Website
Initially perplexed as to why I couldn't log in then discovered that the "welcomee to the app" email states that "the member portal and app accounts are not connected". This is only evident by a small note in the welcome email and is not apparent anywhere when logging into the app. In the app you have to "forget your password" and go through the reset process (a total waste of time). When I finally logged into the app I discovered it was all pointless, as the website is far more useful. None of the use of force or travel guides have been uploaded to the app and the home screen is simply an advertisement for non-members. I suspect the skewing five star review by "tg gaming" is the by the developer of said app. Even writing this review was a waste of time.Georgeisflying

User is unauthorized Error
Same problem that others are having. Unable to login with web credentials and get message “user authorized contact system administrator”. The fact that the app has this documented issue and it has not yet been corrected, leads someone to be concerned about the legal service that may be provided when you need it. Maybe it’s time to look at their competitor…Us Law Shield Customer
