Worst app I’ve ever used
It’s just a few pages from their website encouraging you to sign up. Login doesn’t work. Doesn’t hold your cards or let you message your lawyer or literally anything useful.
This app is so bad I’m starting to wonder if US Law Shield is even a legitimate company. It would be better to not have an app at all than this buggy weird piece of crap.wrentopher

I’ve been a big fan of this company ever since I found them in a local shop in TX, they’ve got awesome plans with tons of useful information! I’ve been a member with them for over a year and I love this new update!robg710
Difficult to log on
Every time I want to use the app or log on I get a “not authorized” message. I have to call the customer service number for help. Aggravating and clumsy.Junk1969
Use the website instead
The app isn’t built for modern iOS UI (buttons and arrows conflict with system ones). Additionally it does not accept the login credentials that the website accepts. I am a member. I can sign into the website but not the app.Ace5785
Can’t even log in
I’ve been a member for years but can’t even log in. Says “unauthorized user…contact administrator”

Horrible app
Not optimized for anything but older iPhones. You can’t tap certain things on the screen and the overall design is lacking. 700k members but can’t make a good app.Malvarose
Sign in problem
I’m having the same problem every other one star is having. The app will not let you sign in but the web is fine. It just says contact administratorAJJIMENEZz
App is s junk
I gave the app a 1 star. It’s junk. Can’t navigate throughout the app without being stuck on pages. It’s nothing more than an add with a couple things to get stuck in. Uninstalled.Tattoo Pig

The app needs a total makeover
Love US LawShield but this app needs a total redo. It’s absolutely bad to navigate and once you are in your profile page, you can’t get out of it without closing the app. No back button.
