Corporate Migration - 50+ Users

We’ve recently implemented Ramp for a team of 50+ employees that has gone extremely well. The ability to cleanly manage this for our headcount across 5 entities has proven to be easily managed and highly customizable. If you’re looking for a new card provider, Ramp is the only solution I would recommend.

Appreciation

Our company previously reported with a ZENO expense account. The frustration & miscommunication was evident! RAMP allows me much more time to focus on MY job. My customers get more attention and they have a much happier salesperson. Thank you Bishop Lifting for switching to RAMP (:

Painfully redundant

Company just switched from Concur to Ramp. Let me just say I can’t wait to take an exit ramp and go back. It’s like Big Brother bugging you every step of the way. Did you do this, did you do that! CFO says it’s easier for Accounting to generate reports which is hard to believe since Concur is part of SAP and they know how to report. It’s obvious there’s a corporate kick back to go on this platform.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback on your experience with Ramp. Can you tell us more about the challenges you're experiencing at support@ramp.com?

Great product

I’ve been using the Ramp Card app for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The email reminders to upload receipts are incredibly convenient and make it so easy to track my expenses. It feels like no transaction is ever missed, which gives me peace of mind. The streamlined process makes it easier for field employees to take initiative on tracking expenses. Ramp is simple to use and efficient that’s why I would highly recommend this app for businesses. I am currently working in construction out in the field. When I worked in the office I would’ve loved to have this app for our field employees.

Everything you need (almost)

The Ramp app is great for the regular user. Capturing reciepts, coding expenses, and submitting expense reports are a breeze. The only thing that would make it better would be for the bill pay function to make it's way in to the app.

So much better

Our office started using ramp and it has made CC reports so much easier and no more lost receipts. Saves me hours every month

Incredible UI, app from the future

This tool is too smart, removing every annoying manual component of expense reports possible. Just finished a trip to Mexico City and honestly had a good time submitting expenses and reimbursements because the experience was so smooth!

Can’t log in

As others have said, login is broken. This is when using the latest version - 0.63.0 at the time of this writing. I’m not trying to use OAuth, either, just the normal login. It’s completely broken which makes the app completely useless. Literally impossible to log in on the app. It has been broken for at least a week, which means it was broken in whatever the previous version of this app was and still hasn’t been fixed.

How Expenses Should Be!

Having recently moved companies I have just started using RAMP, one word - Amazing! Ridiculously simple to set up and getting a Virtual Card immediately into my Apple Wallet was fantastic. Simple to us App, great interface and I love how my transactions appear in the app almost immediately meaning I can get my expenses admin done in the fly.

Feedback to the developers (or it could be user error on my part) - It would be good if the expenses that have been reviewed and approved could move to a different list or tab.

Business app unfriendly on personal devices

When you run both a business and a life from your mobile device - Ramp desires to force an iOS 16 or higher, just because.

I’ll have to shop around as our iPhones 13 Pros for all our fleet and office are not allowed [per internal policy] to update the stock operating versions as to prolong native life of device experience.

All of our employees have elected to carry company sponsored devices…. this is catastrophic. Shall be using good old receipt and email captures until we find a new cards vendor and costing system!

Response from developer

Hello, we hear how frustrating it is to need to update devices. The update is required because iOS 16 allows us to deliver a better experience to users. If you would like to continue using Ramp on mobile, SMS offers a great way to submit receipts and memos.
