How Expenses Should Be!
Feedback to the developers (or it could be user error on my part) - It would be good if the expenses that have been reviewed and approved could move to a different list or tab.
Business app unfriendly on personal devices
I’ll have to shop around as our iPhones 13 Pros for all our fleet and office are not allowed [per internal policy] to update the stock operating versions as to prolong native life of device experience.
All of our employees have elected to carry company sponsored devices…. this is catastrophic. Shall be using good old receipt and email captures until we find a new cards vendor and costing system!

Hello, we hear how frustrating it is to need to update devices. The update is required because iOS 16 allows us to deliver a better experience to users. If you would like to continue using Ramp on mobile, SMS offers a great way to submit receipts and memos.

Think it would carry over the same category you set for the same recurring charge from last month? Nope! Please log in and set the same category for the same charge from last month.
Forwarded your email receipt a few minutes too soon to Ramp? Whoops - they’ll just ignore it and send you a reminder later that you they haven't gotten it from you yet.
For something that’s supposed to save us time, I spend an awful lot of time doing dumb things in Ramp that I shouldn’t ever have to do in the first place.
