Does not work
Cannot create an account. So, Created account online but cannot log in. Continually goes to privacy question, and you click OK and it takes you back to login screen again. Looks like people have been telling you since April that this thing is broken, so you plan to fix? Can't change cleaning modes without app!Show lessBeidjrnkw
Nothing worthwhile happens

Broken App
A critical app, needed to run/change settings on my Osprey Pro 700. When it worked, it was ok. Latest automatic update has rendered it useless. Cleaner won’t even run now… wishing I spent the extra money and went with a name-brand pool cleaner. An expensive mistake!Alan Bardsley

No APP !
Downloaded the APP. Nothing ! No wifi. No Bluetooth. No nothing. Haven’t even put it in the pool yet. Not going to test it until the app connects. !Maverick414
Not connecting

Latest version is broken
The latest version was automatically updated on my phone. I can no longer connect my Osprey pro. This means that I can no longer change the cleaning mode. It is stuck on floor only mode. Please fix the connection issueeddie_vujd
