This app provides at a glance information on the status of my Anker Prime 250W Power Bank.
You can see how long it will take to charge, how much power is being consumed, apply firmware upgrades etc. You can change device display settings and play a sound over Bluetooth to help find it if you lose it!

Good app, needs a key improvement
I just connected it to my vehicle’s WiFi today, when I got home and turned off the vehicle, it didn’t reconnect to my home WiFi. This flaw needs to be corrected for me to rate it a 4 or higher.

Great app with full purpose within
This is a great app with full purpose and helpfulness but the only thing I’d like is for a widget to be available on Apple so I wouldn’t have to open the app so much in theory
Needs more features
This app works well but it’s lacking some features that might interest others like solar input volts/amps, more overload info, and being optimized for iPad since it runs the version for iPhone so that means it currently has black bars.
Best in class
I am a downhill mountain bike photographer, and I have yet to find devices that work as well as Anker. these products are Lifesavers as well as money makers don’t miss out or go with any other brand trust me lol
Excellent App
Excellent App. Very responsive. I like how users can control settings on the Prime PowerBank Dock when the Battery Block is docked and charging. Wish there was more settings available for the Prime PowerBank 27k - maybe an option to keep screen on longer than 30 minute.
Bluetooth connection is strong and stable.
The options to change the themes on the PowerBank is good. Would be good to have more options for this.
App is user friendly and intuitive , and easy to navigate for users. Maybe an “advanced” mode in the app would be good for people like me who like to dive into the settings a bit more?

Instant Information
A very easy way to manage the charger, information is easily and quickly available to see how it’s performing along with the devices attached to it and the charging levels. Perfect.
Annoying !Stop logging us out of our session!
I’m really starting to dislike this app and company. Logging us out and then not even using Face ID is ridiculous. Please, tell me how this is state of the art? This is extremely annoying and makes me not want to purchase more Anker products! The device is set to never turn off. However it turns off everyday! Completely useless backup battery system! I just purchased another brand. The other brand has a much better app that doesn’t log me out. The other brand also lets me limit the battery charge to less than 100% to extend the shelf life of the battery. You had your chance Anker and now you’ve lost me as a customer.

Awesome
The capability of this device is beyond what I ever thought. The transfer from the grid to the F3800 is not even noticeable. You don’t need a power failure to benefit from this device. Buy energy at off peak hours and use the battery to run your house when the grid charges are higher. I definitely got more than I expected. Thank you Anker Solix!!!
