Great App!
I like connectivity and using this app to see the status of my power bank. I even used it camping this weekend with my Solix.

Annoying !Stop logging us out of our session!
The app keeps logging me out saying my session expired. This is extremely annoying and makes me not want to purchase more Anker products! The device is set to never turn off. However it turns off everyday! Completely useless backup battery system! I just purchased another brand. The other brand has a much better app that doesnโt log me out. The other brand also lets me limit the battery charge to less than 100% to extend the shelf life of the battery. You had your chance Anker and now youโve lost me as a customer.

Prime for a reason! Very nice product I just wish it was made of aluminum or something allow instead of plastic (case) otherwise solid built!

Great Battery
This is a great battery, but wish has a feature that can send out preset low capacity warning via WiFi or blue tooth 0r it has feature to receiving or use cell phoneโs hotspot to send warning message out
Would be a five star if the app
Loaded faster and we were given an option to disable the startup animation for the app. I would like for the app to just open and immediately go to my list for my device without wasting my time.
Other than that, the app is detailed and functions perfectly but the delay with that is why Iโm giving it three stars. Video games with intro splash I want an option to skip them.
