    The Greystar app is a breeze. The UI is simple and easy to understand and navigate while providing you with the most up to date and comprehensive information that you need! Thanks a million Greystar and Avana!!
  • Super helpful App for my building

    I’ve been using the App for the past few months now at my Greystar building. It makes it really easy to pay my rent and submit a maintenance request. It was also a nice surprise to see that I get access to some perks through the building.
  • Can’t reserve amenities or add guest

    Seems that most of the features no longer work such as reserving amenities, adding guest to guest list, etc etc. So we have to call the front desk for all that unfortunately.
  • Forced Ads

    Marketing messages are consistently shared via push notifications without an option to disable without disabling ALL notifications (such as rent reminders, maintenance updates, etc.) Very self gratifying of Greystar and dirty to know they’re is profiting off their residents (now in this way, too.)
  • Bad App

    This app was definitely made by Greystar because they are trying to not have to pay for a real, well-functioning 3rd party one. My first day on it, and I’m already running into issues compared to the old one.
  • Why.

    I don’t understand why this app is being used, given that to make payments it’s just redirecting residents to ResidentPortal, the previous platform. Every other aspect has bugs, is slow, and doesn’t have the same features as RP.
  • Can’t log in

    Was able to log in to this app , tried to log in yesterday and was getting a error. Tried to log in today and said my phone number was in the system like duh i know that but never took me to the log in page.
  • “Phone number not on file”

    Won't let me log in because my phone number is not on file. I moved in not even 2 months ago so that can't be possible.

    What was wrong with the other app? It actually worked.
  • Maintenance Request Don’t Work

    Forced to use an app that doesn’t work. I would like be able to submit work orders from my phone as advertised. Please fix asap.
  • Legacy GS App

    The resident portal app currently in use by Greystar for Ashton property is capability rich with features such as a resident classified section, clubs, events, etc. Is there a plan to migrate these existing features to new app? As an example, have an active item for sale in classified section - will this published ad be transferred over to this new app?
