  • App is not fully developed

    I’m sure this app is still being worked on. But they could have at least had the basic functionality in the app working.

    As of now the app is really not helping the users in any way. I checked the Maintenance section, and it just have a search bar asking what you need help with that have no search button or data.

  • Not ready for prime time

    Unable to reserve amenities spaces like current “resident portal” app. Feedback and documents tab not working.! Need updates before it’s ready for residents to use.
  • Company puts very little effort.

    For the amount of money Greystar makes and resident portal aka entrata is just garbage when it comes to resident side of things. I am sure it’s great from an asset management perspective, but putting a half-baked app up, and forcing it on everyone pretty crappy.

    Payments pull up an in-app browser?!? This is lazy, and sad.

    WHERE DOES ALL THE RENT MONEY & FEES GO?! It surely isn’t going into developing this app.

    This has no community building features that could have been nice—forum, classifieds, etc. The app only has a bunch of crappy affiliate agreements/promos. I don’t care about “spruce” or “CORT” etc. FIND SOME PRO-RESIDENT agreements and quit showing me ads in my building’s (which I pay enough for) app!!!

    Not sure if the Product Manager that is in charge of this app knows anything about being a tenant, or thought or fought for features and enhancements that would be great for tenants—like no convenience fee for credit cards or at least minimal fees, classifieds, forum, real decent rewards that could go towards less rent or something.

    I’m sorry entrata: do better, and greystar: start caring about your tenants and not just your assets!

  • Can’t log in

    The app provides the inability to log in; the most basic of things that it should provide. After entering my phone number, I receive the security pin necessary to log in but after entering it, the app states that there was an error and needs to refresh. Being unable to log in and access the common necessities to accommodate my apartment is incredibly frustrating.

  • Keep getting a refresh notification

    The app has only worked once since I downloaded it. Now, I keep getting a notification that something went wrong and to refresh. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
  • Legacy GS App

    The resident portal app currently in use by Greystar for Ashton property is capability rich with features such as a resident classified section, clubs, events, etc. Is there a plan to migrate these existing features to new app? As an example, have an active item for sale in classified section - will this published ad be transferred over to this new app?

  • Does not accurately reflect status

    Maintenance requests can be entered into the app. However when they are closed (as reflected in the web portal) the app shows them as open.
  • Can’t even login

    Everytime I open the app, it has me me input my phone number to find out I already have an account to then send a text code. Input that, and then it says “hmm… something went wrong, Tap “refresh” to try and reload the content”. Sometimes, that works, but most recently it just reverts back to the phone number input screen. If I’m supposed to pay my rent on this, I’d figure I’d atleast be able to consistently log in. I can get around it otherwise this month, but it’d be nice if it actually worked
