I tried the app in my phone and on its website and same problem. I uploaded a simple word document and cannot get it to download, its been loading in “download in progress” for the past half hour. And yes, I already checked and my internet is working perfectly and at a fast speed.GFT1.1

Please please fix the download feature. It will convert larger files, but doesn’t download them. If there’s a suggested max file size or page limit, please make that clearer!

When I already downloaded the epub, it tells me to “Please continue to download reading”. I can’t select my epub to download anymore. Can you please assist me?

Alright app, except, whenever ur internet briefly cuts out, its instantly locks you out of the app some reason, saying you have no internet, even though the website and all the data on it has already loaded, therefore there should be no reason to keep using internet, so why its cuts off i have no idea! Great app, but… I wish I didn’t have to import text from a webpage to this app and instead the app automatically changed the text on the screen.KSI BRVH
Doesn’t work at all
When it goes to process web pages, it only processes the headline.
When I copy and paste simple text, it doesn’t process it - there is only an activity circle going around and around for forever.

This app is so good. I suffer from moderate dyslexia and this app is just amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever read so fast before! I understood the whole text too which I struggle with! I first seen it being advertised on tik tok and thought I’d give it a try. I’ll definitely be using it more in the future for assignments etc…Show lessStevie.pop

Trying to upload files, converted to different formats within the size parameters and it will not process. Basically useless. This app is amazing! Sure the functionality isn’t extensive right now, but the concept itself is nothing short of life changing.
Having struggled with ADHD, my whole life reading has been quite a challenge, especially during school and something like this would have really helped me then. I’m looking forward to using this, not only to read but also to use for presentations so that I can look at my notes and very quickly read what I need to say.
