Hi! Thanks for leaving a review. Unfortunately, it’s difficult assist you directly here, but we have a support email where we can help you in detail: gv.gratitude.journal.app@gmail.com. The sync options don’t cover: - Profile photo and name - Theme selected - Routine configuration (It will be addressed in future versions) That said, I’ll try to help you here: 1. Please make sure you’re using the same iCloud account on both devices. The sync process is automatic but only works with the same iCloud account. 2. If the account is correct, go to the app settings -> iCloud Status and check if everything is fine. 3. If everything looks good, please reinstall the app on the device that isn’t syncing.
