  • Horrible

    I recently purchased my subscription and Mr. has been blowing my phone up telling me to sign in on the app. When I finally get to do it, I put in all the information they asked for and they can’t sign me in with my subscription. I’ve tried multiple times so it’s really annoying and I’m over it.

  • Horrible website for member services

    Pointless website. Constantly having problems with it every time I have to reassign a new credit card (average once a year). I have 2 vehicles tied to the same card. Any info changes made on the website don’t seem to carry over to the wash location computers, so the staff has to redo it every time. If I reassign a card to one membership it cancels the other membership and only allows you to do 1 change per month! Since one vehicle membership is cancelled I have to get a new tag for it at the wash which in turn has to be added to my account on the website (by me) to tie the new tag number to the online account. Aside from the awful IT issues no major issues with the wash itself. My suggestion would be to not use their website at all for any services, do it all in person.

If a credit card is removed prior to adding a new credit and attaching it to your membership, it will automatically cancel the membership it was attached to. We advise adding the new credit card information first before deleting the old information. If a membership is cancelled, you will just need to reactivate the same windshield sticker once the billing cycle for that membership has ended.   • Not good

    Since I downloaded this app, it has frozen doesn’t wanna open. I don’t think that’s a good thing.

  • The Hours, the app and the wash are sub par

    The app is constantly giving error messages, even now as I deleted my account it says it was not deleted so when I try to login on the website which is also glitchy and slow it says I don’t have an account which means it did successfully delete despite it telling me it didn’t.
    Why did I delete my Mister car wash account? The hours are bad, like who closes at 7 on a weekend? Each time I find myself wanting to wash I found them closed! It’s probably their way of taking the money but limiting hours to save money.
    They’ve been around longer than Quick Quack (QQ) (2004) vs Mister (1969) but as a consumer it seems they didn’t learn how to stay on top at all with a 35 year head start.
    I switched to QQ and the service is worlds better. I believe QQ will be Misters downfall if Mister doesn’t get it together.
    QQ has stronger vacuums, free towels for use and a wet dash towel and are open much later.

    Overall I expected the company opened longer to have service that reflects that but it doesn’t. It’s falling apart, just like their vacuums.

  • Doesn’t work

    The app stopped working. Unable to log in anymore. Not sure what happened worked just fine before. Please fix

  • App doesn’t work

    I like going to mister car wash but the app doesn’t work and has never loaded for me.

  • This company is awful (Abilene, TX)

    Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I would like to let everyone know just how awful this company is to its employees and customers. Firstly the management will fire employees for actions due to mental disorders from trauma as a young child. They will write employees up for the simplest of things such as “not smiling” and ultimately fire them for the same reasons, 1 week AFTER receiving a “most improved employee” award. Secondly they will willingly ban paying customers for “making an employee feel uncomfortable” by slipping a singular curse word into a sentence. The word was not used derogatively about anyone and anything in particular. And now, as the passenger in the vehicle when the curse word was used, who never said a word while in the car I have also been banned. When asked why I was banned the next day when going to get my car washed they could not give me a straight answer other than the fact that I am associated with the person who cursed. I understand that I may very well be banned now because I couldn’t control my mouth because I was upset, but at least this instance was due to my own actions. I have stayed silent on this matter for 6mo and this was the last straw when someone of the management could have simply confronted us to ask our side of the story and give us a warning on the offense, but no, straight to banning. This company and it’s management are hypocritical and condescending.

  • Update The Wash Experience

    Wash and pricing is competitive, but please update to conveyers from railing to prevent scratching wheels. I’ll then become a member again.
