This app won’t let you delete an old membership that is no longer active. Calling customer service and you get the same answer. I would just like to have it completely removed so there’s not a chance of activating it. Sounds silly but it’s happened.Developer Response

Hello, I tried making an account. I’m already a membership of the Mister Car Wash. I wanted to see what this app was about, but there’s a lot of issues of it being slow… In the process of making an account it froze and I exited the app, but lost all the progress. I tried making an account, but the mobile number is already saved. I tried logging and it didn’t work and I tried resetting the password, but it still didn’t work. It says the account doesn’t exist and I can’t make a new account because my mobile number is already saved… is there a way to fix this issue???Show lessDeveloper Response

I have been using this app for a month. I can’t change payment method at all. I thought it was my mobile connection, but everything outside of this application works. When I choose to update payment, the application either closes or loads a white screen. Needs a fix.Developer Response

I cant link my account because it’s asking for the last four of my card or apple pay. I’ve entered both and there’s an issue every time.

Hello Jetssssa - thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry you've had issues linking your membership in the app. If you paid at the store with Apple Pay, the last four digits to enter would be your "DAN." You can find this by going to your Apple Wallet App, selecting the credit card that you added, and then clicking on the "info" button with three dots. The last 4 digits of the DAN will be displayed in the row called Apple Pay. If you are still unable to successfully link, please contact our Customer Care team at 866-254-3229. They will be able to confirm the last four digits.Doesn’t work
