Got charged and didn’t get the membership
I made a purchase on the app to get the unlimited wash club platinum and I got charged for that, but in my mister car wash account it doesn’t show that I have a membership. Terrible service.Tali1891

I just downloaded it and it won’t run because it claims to need an update. No update is available.Freeappaholic
App update fail
App constantly tells me i must update even with the newest version of the app…. I have attempted reinstalling but nothing worksrdguswiler

Updated this morning (June 6) but when attempting to sign in to my account I received a pop up requiring the app to be updated. After removing and reinstalling the app 3 times I gave up and deleted it again. Updates should be fully tested before release.R. Old Man

Even though you uodate the latest version, every time it display a prompt and takes you out off the app, making it unusable.cfsalazar21

I just downloaded the app like 1 minute ago. It won’t open without an update to the app. but I just downloaded it from the App Store with the latest version. There is something wrong with the app.
I have tried to delete the app then reinstall but no luck.photoperson101

Well i went to Mr. Car Wash about a month ago and paid for the $22 package. After everything was done, I got out to give my truck a look I’ve and to wipe of any left over water. Really didn’t do a bad job At that $22 price tag ! I spent OVER that at my previous Car Wash and have to do most of the work myself. So I recently went back to Mr. Car Wash and signed up for the Titanium Package. Little over $40 a month, but it comes with a lot and the Free Vacuuming. Doesn’t have all the Bells and Whistles like free Air Fresheners or Towles to wipe of your vehicle when done , but that’s minuscule in my book. They make it up in the Customer Service department. Someone is always on location to help you out if you have a problem or question. Like that a lot. So all I can say is Thank you to all the staff that works there and Keep up the great work Mr. Car Wash !Show lessDJ EXTRODINARE

They wash cars more and how expensive they charge, I don't recommend more service.ronald2180
