Fix your raspy app. Always saying something went wrong or can’t connect to server. Will be cancelling membership and sign up with Mr. Shine if you can fix app so you can use it and create an account.dreadz1960

I tried to update my payment method so many times. It just doesn’t work, repeatedly crashes and is just unreliable. It would be great if it worked.Rilera

I dislike bashing effort. Without the App the car wash membership felt like being held hostage. So the app is an improvement.
But the app is so bad! All of the app, front to back. Had to reset it twice. Watched it spin for no reason, doing nothing but going back to where it started.
Changed out my billing and it canceled my membership! No way to reactivate from the app.
I saw an option for Apple Pay when linking. But not when adding a card?
Looks like I might be able to reactivate my account online. Not sure. Can’t find the option in App.

Hello BeeFuzzy - we really appreciate your comments, and specificity about the issues you had in the app. We are working hard to continually improve the app, so this is very helpful. When you remove a payment method for a membership, it should give you the option to add a new payment method, and if one isn't added then the membership will be cancelled (and you can continue to wash your car for the remaining days left in your billing cycle). Not certain that is what happened in your case, but possibly. And then the reason you are not seeing the "activate" option for the membership that was cancelled is that you still had days left to wash in the billing cycle that you had already paid. After that period has elapsed, a membership can be reactivated. I hope this is helpful to you. This app has a good concept. But I have never once logged in and not received a “something went wrong error”. This is a pretty big organization so I’m surprised to see this ongoing issue with the app. I attempted to log on and change my credit card. It seemed to have taken it. But it still charged my old card. It’s not a big deal really. But I like to rotate my credit cards periodically to get use out of each. I really like Mister Car was. Hi Chucky237, to change the payment please go to Manage Memberships and select the membership that you would like to change. Select 'Update Payment Method' and edit your payment information. Frankly, doesn’t work if your a member. Doesn’t let me sign into my acct or anything. I’ll give it a bit longer than uninstall. Will update if app gets attention. I always support businesses with well ran apps. Let’s see if this one will get it together before the completion does.Trivie
