  • Works great now!

    Left a review a while ago about issues with my membership not linking correctly. This shop is much improved now and you can manage your membership level, but individual washes, and more. Very happy now. Thanks for working out the kinks ☺️

    Hello 3ogus - the email and password you use to log into the website will also work on the app. And because you bought the membership online, there is no need to "link" it to your app account, it is already there :) Once logged into the app, just tap on the Account icon in the footer and you should see your membership that you purchased online. Also, we just release a new version of the app last night, which should resolve the error you were seeing. Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback, it's very helpful! - The Mister Team
  • Grossly misleading and unresponsive

    Cancelled a membership with 2 weeks left, app said would remain active. Employees later confirmed it turns off the second you cancel. So that guaranteed I would not renew ever again.

    Note:Showed staff the email that said it would remain active. Didn’t matter. This is why the title of the review wall stated “grossly misleading”.

  • Worst App

    I’ll not talk about the App since most of the reviews talked about it , I’ll talk about the service and the place it’s not even worth it the price… not recommended at all to clean your car there and if you have too just do it for one time and don’t take it monthly

  • App Doesnt Work

    To many issues cant even add you membership so you can handle everything on the app so its pretty much useless

  • Cost went up for interior vacuum & cleaning

    So you guys decided to go up for interior services . Well you just lost a valuable costumer . I’m canceling my services altogether . Canceling everything . Monthly subscription etc . I will not be coming back here .

    Hello Everythingbrite - thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are sorry for the frustration in trying to find your account info. In the app, if you tap on "Account" in the footer, then on "Manage Memberships & Billing" your should see your membership listed if you purchased through the app. If your membership is not listed (ie. purchased at one of our physical stores), then you can easily add it by tapping "Link Existing Membership" on that screen.   • Server Errors and Missing Memberships

    I bought my membership online and thought it would be as simple as adding the numbers to the app. When I try to do this, I get an error telling me my account is already linked.

    Also, something weird must have happened on the back end, because now every time I try to access to app I get Error DE400.

    About the most useful feature for me is the location finder. Otherwise this app has too many issues to rate higher. It looks nice at least!
