Literally Taking away Transportation Options
So this app was created, mainly for the Gladstone area whenever our KC Metro bus system was taken out of Gladstone. And two weeks ago they allowed rides outside of the Gladstone area. And I just got off the phone with them and they informed me that they are not offering rides outside of the Gladstone area if your pick up location is in Gladstone like got so messed up like how are you gonna be taking away the transportation option that was put in place because our best system was taken away. Like this app really does need to do better because there was a lot of people relying on the app to be able to go to places outside of Gladstone, and it’s especially irritating. When rides were available literally like 4, 5, 6 days ago and now they’re not and we’re not even being notified of these changes like who’s making the changes. Like I was using this app to help me get back-and-forth to work to a good paying job so I could save up to get a car and now they have taken that option away from me and now I have to not work there and now I have to wait longer to get a car because now I have to find a new job.Show lessMaKenna2415
Worst Service

Worst experience
They took my three dollars never showed up for the first one and then up charged me four dollars for having to go to my house and get my aunt credit card and then wanna be rude and say they not gonna take me to work bc of my attitudeCrazydemonbri
Iris Bus
I would give Iris 4 Stars for convenience and reliability and very reasonable fares. They always show up but the wait time varies between 15-45 min.
Call or book an hour 1/2 before your appointment time.

Horrible App
I had been using the iris app the last 3-4 weeks to get home from work and after endless frustration, with the drivers taking forever to pick me up, or just sitting in the same place and never coming, I decided to take the bus home today. I got home 15 minutes sooner than I have ever gotten home using this pathetic app! I hope they shut it down!! It’s state funded which means tax payers dollars are going to pay useless drivers that want to get paid for sitting around! They are paid by the hour so they get paid regardless if they come get you or not!!Show lessJoeys ages

Don’t rely on this app to get you anywhere, on time, ever!! By far the worst ride share app I’ve ever used! If the rides weren’t $4 nobody would use it! They’re $4 rides for a reason! Unless you’re unemployed or have absolutely nothing going on in your life you’re better off paying the extra moneyFrustrating
Worst ride share app I’ve ever used! Drivers are paid by the hour so they are in no hurry at all the times they give you are a joke I’ve never been picked up once inside the pick up window or even dropped off on time! Drivers don’t even start heading to you for a good 15-20 minutes after the pick up window! You’d be better off taking the busShow lessThanks Iris
