Ride never showed up
I waited for my ride and booked 30 minutes ahead of my arrival time. No communication with driver. The does not show where driver is coming from. Had to cancel my ride to get to work in time. 😡To Him be the Glory
Problems needs to be fixed
This app is terrible and bad service, I use it to get to work and back. Getting to work is fine, but getting home is the issue… I get off at 10pm. Last go around is around 10:30… bc it’s 4-11. I can’t schedule a ride AT ALL!!! And sometimes I have to schedule ahead of time. There were times where I had to 2 hours home bc of my rides on picking me up!!!!! And when they arrive they don’t come to pick up spot they go somewhere else. I GET OFF AT 10 and is unable to get another one if missed and they only wait like a min. I can’t get to that destination at that time so I have to walk home. I rely on you so much but it’s getting frustrating and becoming a problem that y’all need to fix.Show lessSelherrera14!
Okay app
My overall experience with Iris has been okay. For the most part drivers are reasonable and will drop you off in a safe spot. I had a driver leave me in an unlit unsafe drop point at 4:30 in the morning and her reason for leaving me was that was where the app told her to leave me. I immediately began to cry because when I say there was no street lights and it was a wooded dead end!! I asked her to take me to the corner where lights were and she refused! I begged her and offered to give her a tip for her inconvenience she still made me get out and left me!! If I knew her name I would have definitely put it on here. But other than having to ride for an hour and being left in an unsafe area I can’t complain. $4 to get around the city is a steal!!Show less💜🤷🏽♀️💜

Absolutely Horrible App
I’m writing this as I deal with their horrible customer support. The app was pretty good at the beginning, but as time went on it became a horrendous experience. Drivers not arriving at the destination, the ones who actually arrive are rude and belligerent, and they don’t drop you off anywhere bear your actual destination. I have to walk 20 minutes to get to work from the drop-off point. Sometimes the drivers are nice and drop you off at the exact spot but that’s 1 in 10. The customer support is extremely horrible and super tedious. I’ve called 7 times about my driver not arriving to the pick up spot and each time they’ve told me that I “missed the ride.” And I’m forced to use this app as it’s the cheapest option compared to Uber or Lyft. At this point I am going to use Uber. It may be more expensive but at least I’m guaranteed a ride on like this horrible app. Never again.Show lessMyNameGringo
Please fully fund mass transit in KCMO!
This service was suggested to bus riders as a lot of routes were eliminated.
Though the drivers are always friendly and want to get you where you want to go, there isn’t enough drivers or cars to make this service reliable.
You either have to show up to your destination very early, or have to use a rideshare as a backup.
Also, there’s no feature to tip drivers, which is unfortunate, as some drivers go above and beyond, and for safety reasons, I don’t carry cash.
The city of KCMO, pay bus drivers more and fully fund bus service. The streetcar is not enough and doesn’t cover service areas that are most needed by residents.Show lessdotsonsocks

If you call your driver and make yourself familiar with the app you will be thrilled! What used to cost me $28 with Uber is $4 with Iris. If you get Marcus as your driver you will really enjoy the ride! He is a Great guy!First ride review.
My first Iris ride. Took from the airport to midtown. Had one extra passenger, which we dropped off at Zona Rosa. Was to my stop, two blocks from my place, well within the estimated time of arrival.Dtgooden
