I would prefer that I am able to post a picture of myself because where I’m being picked up it’s where many non-housing people hang out. Some of the drivers assume one of them is their pick up. And would also be a great idea to see the picture of the driver for safety and not just name and plate.brownting

I didn’t realize that my
pick up point was in the next neighborhood. I’m going to try and call in and see if I can get picked up at my apartment complex. But other than that it’s an awesome service. For 3 dollars I was able to get to where I needed to go. If I would have taken the bus I would have had to walk for 45 min to the bus stop and then rode for another hour.Show lessKJ Clarkston

Scheduled a ride. We didn’t get a driver assigned until after our pick up window. The. Said it was 12 min away. 1 minute later it said it arrived and would wait 5 min. Then they cancelled us because it said we weren’t there. We were at the pick up spot during the entire window of our scheduled ride. I tried calling the driver but the call didn’t go through. Bring the buses back
I am not satisfied with this app or this problem a lot of the drivers are rude and drop you off no where near your location and some are very gracious to drop you off at your location. The ETA is not always accurate it say 2-3 minute wait and I end up waiting 10-15 minutes sometimes, the rides does not come to house and pick you up I’m having to walk to a location further from my house just to get picked up Uber and Lyft pulls up to your exact location and drops you off at your exact location this app is horrible I would rather spend my money knowing that I will be picked up and dropped off to my exact location than have a free ride getting picked up and dropped off anywhere the apps are not accurate, and the drivers are never on time I use this system to get to work and I can’t risk being late waiting on a rude driver.Show lesskyliakhrysan
