About
Twenty consecutive pull-ups and then some! Inspired by the classic 20 pull-up challenge and rebuilt on current strength research, this program starts wherever you are today, even absolute zero, and keeps going long after you hit the goal.
BUILT FROM WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY
There is no fixed table of sets to get through. Every session is calculated from your current max, so the numbers are never out of reach and never too easy. Beat your max and the whole program moves up with you, the same day.
CAN'T DO ONE YET?
Say so. You start on slow negatives and the moment a full one appears, the program switches over on its own.
YOUR SCHEDULE
Train 2 to 5 days a week and pick the days. The week's work is spread across whatever you choose rather than piled on top, and a missed day simply moves the plan forward.
IT ADJUSTS AS YOU GO
Most sets stay well short of failure; one session a week ends all-out, and that is what re-sizes everything. Say how much you had left and the next session answers. Two hard sessions in a row and the one after is lighter on purpose.
WHEN REPS STOP BEING ENOUGH
There comes a point where more reps stop making you stronger. The app notices and turns one session a week into heavy work to push past it: added weight if you have a belt, vest or backpack, explosive pull-ups if you don't.
YOURS ALONE
No account, no cloud, no ads. Your sessions, streaks, bodyweight and trends stay on your phone, with one-tap export for backups.

What's New in 20 Pull
1.4.0
August 10, 2026
• Every session is now built from your current max, not a fixed table • Train 2 to 5 days a week; the work adjusts to fit • No more weeks to get through: sessions keep going, and so does your max • Optional bodyweight tracking, in kg or lb, so weighted sets know what to add • Warm-up set before heavy work; rest times now match what the session is for • Max tests are optional and pull your goal date closer when you beat your best • Fixed: starting from zero pull-ups no longer asks for a pull-up in the first session • Fixed: 4- and 5-day schedules showed one session too few per week • Fixed: mood check-in could be missed at the end of a session; you can now rate any past session from History
