So for the past few months every time I check my transaction statements they’re wrong by like days sometimes even weeks for example I’ll look see something I got an hour or so ago but my transaction says that it happened days before or after depending when I look. This has made me have to work my brain just to see if I actually purchased said item or not it’s just ridiculous

Good but no great

I have used a number of banking apps and let me start by saying you have a lot to learn from Commbank and what it has created, it is the most versatile and easy to use app.

One big thing this app is missing is the ability to change the category of spending. The system does well but it forms t know everything snd to have the ability to update the spend category would mean we can track spend correctly.

Can’t set up quick logon

I have been using this app for a few years now and had no issue. I got a new phone and tried to set up quick logon in the app in my phone but every time after I finished typing my password the page will automatically reset. I don’t know what is going on. Plus I had to enter my password and security number multiple times because it kept saying that I entered the wrong details but I checked they were all correct

Idk what happened

I’ve had the app for a few years now, and until recently it worked great. But earlier this week it logged me out and while I can log back in, I can’t set up quick login or more importantly transfer funds. My screen becomes unresponsive. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phone. I’m genuinely not sure what the issue is but my phone seems to work fine otherwise, so I’m hesitant to place the blame anywhere.

Useless

Was always buggy but recently stopped working altogether - have updated consistently along with phone iOS. Refuses to log in, freezes and loading screen spins until app crashes. Have deleted, reinstalled no luck, emailed support - again no solution. Incredibly frustrating as required to move funds from everyday account to savings/bills etc and can’t even use quick balance. Also use commbank app and it is seamless - would consider closing all my bank data accounts just for ease access on another platform.

App stops working

I have used this app for many years and am happy with it except that it occasionally just stops working and gets stuck trying to load a screen. I check the next day and it’s still stuck trying to load so I end up just deleting the app and downloading again. I have never bothered with a review before but lately I have had this problem reoccurring 3 times with a few weeks. It is frustrating having to re-enter your details all the time to make a transaction that should just be simple. Please fix as everything else runs so smoothly.

Disgusting.

Seriously for the last 4months I have struggled to log into the App. I will Be standing in line at the shops with people in front of me trying to log in to make a simple transfer and end up legitimately leaving the line because the app fails to log in.
I have to constantly close the app and re open between 5-20 times before it logs in most times, taking sometimes up to 20 minutes.
With full bars of Telstra 4G coverage and it can’t login, I have thought about changing banks because of the inconvenience 😭😤🤬

Doesn’t open my bank account

This app will not open my bank account no matter how accurate my details are. It doesn’t say I have entered anything incorrectly but as I click enter once completing my details it takes me back to ‘register or login’ every time.

Please fix the notification

Most of app is good, but you need to fix the bug with the notifications. It so frustrating getting notified 6 times in 2 minutes, that my account is overdrawn when it’s just false! I check it through the app and there is no overdrawn problem at all. And it will keep notifying me all day, as well as I can’t set the notifications or turn them off because of the bug on your app! It’s well overdue for an update, so pull your finger out!🤬

Log in annoying

The app has always been really good for me, but since the last big update the log in screen Face ID doesn’t work most of the time. Every time I go to use the app, I seem to have to re-enable Face ID log in and it just sits there ID-omg my face without doing anything until I go into settings and turn it back on making the log in process longer than it ever was before. Please fix this! Thanks.
