Terrible
In the name of Charles Barkley, just terrble. I don't understand the price we pay to have for premium economy and all these "extra fees" they can't find the time fix their horrendous web experience. Your partnering airlines is doing better then you. I fly United usually (could learn a little from them) and this is one of the many reasons I stay away from CX and happily put my money elsewhere.Show lessNuubus

I think that the Cathay Pacific app is awesome! What i enjoy about this app is reading about the crew members and how they got to work for Cathay Pacific. I also enjoy reading and looking at the photos of your Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, First Class and recently updated Regional Business Class. The Try the seat feature is the coolest ever! You get to explore the first class seat and see all of the features you have in first class. Also, if you are traveling anywhere on Cathay Pacific just check the city guides on tips about your destination...

Useless (v1.7)
Apparently no one from CX ever care about their app. As a loyal macro polo member, I downloaded the app even after reading all the bad reviews. I hoped the new version 1.7 should be better. Ha! I can't even get pass the airplane picture and go nowhere with the app. Just like my most recent experience flying with CX, their service is getting worse, their equipment is getting old and malfunctioning. Flight status error
I check you flights every day for arrival times I run a taxi service. The flight no matter how early or late will always show Schedule rime of arrival ( which everyone knows doesn't change) it only updates the time after the flight arrives.. Which is useless to me...sometimes your flights arrive 30 to 40 minute early or 30 to 40 minutes lateShow lessGoJetSet

Hey, don't get me wrong- I love cx! I fly SFO and YVR to HKG weekly, but this UI is just ok.. If this was made by NWA, I would understand.
Cathay is a 5 star airline (source: skytrax)but this is only a 3 star app. Should cx give me a complimentary upgrade next week, we can renegotiate the stars.

Application??
A lot to improve, it is just a the put some usefully shortscuts together and the UI just bring you to their mobile internet pages, is not a real application....need to login everytime.....fonts are too small on some pages, same apply to their Blackberry version.APlusHKG

This is a good idea for someone who come for hong kong seven, on the other hand we might need to check our flight by using this app but it wasn't in this app.T.Lai
