Decent app that is usable!
This app works far better than its competitor’s app. I appreciate the ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet.
Doesn’t Work. Worthless App.
Won’t allow me to search for or purchase tickets except for today and right now - changing date / time causes app to freak out and redirect me back to home page. Crazy they would even release such a terribly performing app.
Not working
I installed the application. After you open the app you just get error and nothing work there.
Sub-standard App, Needs Work
Could not get app to work for me. Among its problems:
1. The train station I needed to go to (San Vincenzo) is missing from list
2. Registration Page does not load properly
2. Instructions direct customers to report technical problems using the “Report an Issue” section, but that section doesn’t exist in menu.
