I am Murat Ozturk. I had an accident with my car on October 6th. Prograssive company examined the car in front of my house and also had it examined again at the repair shop and determined the cost. Then they took my car from my house and took it to the business that will give a totaled report by towing. They examined my car there. They gave a totaled report and said if you keep the car we will pay 5000 dollars I accepted and they said we will take the car to your home by towing. It has been 15 days and my car still has not been delivered to me. Despite all the calls and contacting the company I have not received a response from anyone. I regret having progressive insurance. I have now cancelled my insurance and switched to another company. Please stay away from progressive company if they will insure your car. I cannot communicate with the company officials. They never got back to me. I called eight times on Friday and could not reach any conclusion. Please stay away from this company. The person named kristly graves who is following my insurance also put a note on my phone number saying it is not reachable, they are making completely false statements

It alright
So I’ve been using snapshot for well over a year now and I have not noticed a difference in my premium as in getting a discount as they say I am getting one, but you never know for sure. My biggest problem with the app is it does not know when you are using your hands-free device in your vehicle or if you’re actually using the phone itself. This app has dinged me several times while in my vehicle or answering the phone or being on the phone while using my Bluetooth device in the car.. It should not ding you on that, but it does. Nationwide app only ding you if you touched the screen on the phone. It is considered that being used but with Progressive if you answer a call over Bluetooth, you’re using your phone even if you don’t touch it. Would be nice for them to take that bug away and set it up where you have to physically touch the screen in order for it to Dania on phone usage.. Also, once you lose a star, you can never get it back FYI.

Insurance
The only thing I don’t fully agree why does my rates increase with me not having any tickets or accidents and my policy is not as good as it should be it seems the offers are higher than other insurance companies. I also don’t understand that I only average about 10-20 miles per week for driving it’s seldom that I put 100 or 200 miles on my car in 6 months. I don’t drive too often only when it’s necessary for me to drive.I think I should get better rate rates on my quote. I paid only 104. Or 108 something can’t remember the exact cents charge on my premium the last year now I have to pay more it up instead of down where is my discount rates come into the rate? I thought the rate should go down each policy change from year to year. Quote me a better rate because I just need to know if you can get me an estimate affordable rates..
