Great app + great rewards program
I was a member of the Lettuce rewards program long before the app launched. I was skeptical about downloading yet another app that takes up space on my phone BUT this one actually has value add.
It’s easier to acquire and redeem points through the app. It also enables you to easily make reservations and see your points balance. Simple, easy user interface. This has become one of my most frequently used apps!Show lessEcommerce girl
Scrolling help, please.
Overall, a very easy app to use. There are so many restaurants that I wish there were an alphabetical margin to allow you to jump to your selection instead of endlessly scrolling.himselfus

Party of four arrives a little bit late because the movie didn’t let out as was stated We’re seated but evidently the hostess either neglected to assign a server or something just fell in the cracks. We asked Emily if she was our server, she wasn’t but said she’d take drink orders, then said “heck, I’ll take your order and I’ll be your server”!!!! Glad she did, because she was as nice as could be, funny, professional, and attentive without hovering.
The gold standard for a server. She made the evening.

Adding reward points after the fact is not easy
I was told at the restaurant that my bill had been closed out, so they couldn’t add my rewards. Instead they said I should go to the mobile app and I would be able to easily add the points from a receipt. I’ve been trying all morning and have been unsuccessful. I even tried to send in via the contact us option, and that also failed. UghShow lesslinda698
Won’t let us put membership on two phones
An app that allows you to have a primary and secondary member but won’t let you put it on a second phone is ridiculous. We are often not together when out to work with colleagues and would like to use it on more than one cell phone. When we try to put in the other phone matching all our I’m a member information it tells us that it is already registered.Show lesseats42
Best reward system
I absolutely love this app. I have been a part of many reward apps, but the majority have you spending a ton before you see any return. This app, however, is fantastic. My boyfriend and I like choosing restaurants on this app to redeem points and I love that local coffee shops have an additional reward system within. Can’t say enough great things. Easy to use!
