Unreliable
The app dies every time we are in a restaurant, despite the repeated updates and reloads that we have done. We have been unable to use any of the scratch off awards all summer because of this. We won’t use it for reservations or anything else besides checking our account balance because we never know when it will decide to quit working.Show lessM&M Chicago
Nice, but hope program improves
I love the concept and love their restaurants, but the points program is super antiquated and inconvenient. Points are rarely added automatically when you have orders catered/delivered. The past 3x I’ve ordered I have had to follow up to get my points added. When you are buying office lunches sometimes 5x a week, it’s super inconvenient to keep following up. Hopefully they improve the program or have points easily added through an app where you can also order on.Show lessSG24242424
Amazing app for amazing restaurants
Love being rewarded for eating at our favorite restaurants! Scratch off time is the best time of the year! Moving the scratch off to the app instead of physical cards was geniuskdal24

Not very intuitive. Could not find where to enter check numbers. I ate at the Oakbrook wildfire 7/23. I thought I was told that if I downloaded app I could get credit for my dinner plus the extra points I got for downloading app. I did download app and got 3X points offer. I could not find where to put in my check number to get credit. I guess I lose. My check number was 3087.
I tried calling Oakbrook wildfire and talked with manager joe, and he basically told me there was nothing he could do to get me my points. Too bad. Seems like app is just a hoax and not really a benefit to the customerShow lessbolingeat

This app provides a fantastic bonus system for dining-out in Chicago - the city has so many great restaurants it’s difficult to eat in. Dining out out can be pricey, apps that give back like Lettuce make it even more enjoyable.Kbags07
It’s a great app, but...
I love the convenience of having my gift cards at my disposal on the go. However, there’s no easy way to add a new gift card (electronic or otherwise). Why can’t you add a button or link so you can add gift cards easily? I go through this hassle every year and it’s a pain.DivaD69
